Did you set the hand off to Auto on the TGP screen from Man?

In DCS it shows up as Throttle - Warthog and Joystick - Warthog. The buttons do seem to work fine. as they do everything I need and want them to do. In Windows device manager I can't see thrustmaster anywhere. When moving them seperately...the small left one works butter smooth. Its the right one thats not smooth. Could it be a greasing issue where the grease dried up? I'm guessing these items can be stocked on shelves for many many months unused?

Hi, it doesn't stick but its defo not butter smooth. If i disconnect the 2 throttles, the left one is super butter silk smooth but the right one there seems to be something there. Its not much but its like something is rubbing against something else. theres no noise its just the way it feels.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I have the friction wheel set to minimum but I have turned it to try a harder friction but set it back to light. In either case there is a slight unsmoothness. It feels like something is rubbing against something. Could this be a software issue or mechanical only? Also, I didn't install anything. I just plugged it in and played DCS. Did the drivers install automatically? Could a firmware update fix above issue ? Thank you for your reply.

Hi guys, I recently bought a thrustmaster warthog joystick and throttle a few days ago. I plugged it in and went straight into dcs. I love it its really nice. I set up the keybinds in dcs and have been flying. My question is do I need to download some thrustmaster software to do anything else to set up the warthog or is plugging it in, setting up the keys within DCS enough to get the most out of the joystick? Do I need the software? Kind Regards, Also, my 2nd question is that the throttle isn't butter smooth as it was when I first opened it and used it a few days ago. There seems to be a very light creaking and I can notice that its not butter smooth as it was. Its not a big deal but its playing on my mind everytime i use it. Any ideas?

Hi gays, Quick question. I was using a madcatz fly 5 joystick for the last few years and its now broken so im looking to buying a new one. Whats a good joystick for around £200gbp (roughly $270usd) please? I've had a look at logitech x56 but I've heard bad things about it like cheap quality build and deadzone in centre joystick? Hi gays, I recently bought the hind and have been flying it and using ATGMs. So they're kind of cool but im already kind of bored with the hind. Are there new advanced weapon systems that will be coming in the future or is it all mainly just dumb bombs and rockets and cannons?

Hi guys, Quick question...why does my radar lock in the f16 keep droppping enermy targets? I use RWS mode SAM. Its so annoying and frustrating...the amount of missiles that I waste or take the time to get into advantagous positions only for radar to keep dropping. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi guys, quick question. When flying in the f16, I have the right mfd showing the HSD which shows waypoints, aircraft and yellow circles where there are enemy SAM sites. Now when I fly in the 4YA server...and an enemy base gets captured or a SAM gets destroyed by a team mate...is there a way to refresh that HSD so the now captured base or destroyed SAM doesn't show up as a yellow circle any more? The problem I'm having is that if im flying towards a yellow circle to launch some HARMS from 25 miles away and I fire them...sometimes that base is captured by a team mate and I end up destroying a friendly SAM thinking it was an enemy SAM. I know I can check the f10 map but I don't want to do that. Is there a way so that the yellow circle disappears from the HSD once it is captured/destroyed? At the moment it only updates when you get into a new aircraft or rejoin the server. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, what targets are JSOW on the f16 best used against? I've tried hitting armoured stuff but doesn't seem to cause any damage at all. I've literally only managed to kill like 2 infantry soldiers with it only. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks in advance.

So why would I want to carry 4 if I can only launch 2?

Hi guys, with the new open beta update released today I noticed a couple of updates which I was hoping someone may be able to help me with. Restrict Launch of AGM-88 From Stations 4 and 6 - can be carried but not launched AND Corrected the FCR TWS range change Increase. Does that mean I can only carry 2 harms now instead of 4? And what about this TWS range change increase? What does that do? Is that when in RWS mode when you push the cursor all the way up it increases the range? I know in TWS you couldn't push it all the way up or down to increase or decrease before?

Please let me know coz I don't see it?

Hi guys, Quick question. Whenever I tune in a frequency into an aircraft for ADF directions..I get the morse code beeping. How do I know that morse code signal is for the beacon I want to tune into. For example if I want to fly to Batumi and the beep im getting is . _ . _ .. is there like a fact sheet within dcs I can look at to confirm thats the code for batumi and i am dialed into the correct one? Hi all, Hope all is well. Quick question about the aim 120c and f16. If I am carrying 4 aim 120's...the first 3 give me the time to pitbull and time to impact on the HUD as expected as long as i keep radar lock which is fine. But everytime I fire the last aim 120 I don't get that same countdown on the hud? Even if im keeping radar lock. When I fire the last aim 120, i don't know how long till it goes pitbull or time to impact. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks in advance

Also guys, I used to have the the Q key on my keyboard assigned to change the radio on SRS in the f16. I can't remember which key I binded. Like what its called in the Adjust Controls option. Can anyone help? Like in the f16 there are 2 frequencies you can use SRS, I used to press Q to change between the 2. Can anyone help?

Hi guys, I'm having some trouble with SRS. I used to use it before and it worked fine but since updating to 2.7 its not working properly. It auto connects to the server, I can see people in there and when i press the assigned push to talk button it does say TR but i don't hear anyone and no one can hear me. What am I doing wrong please? I've clicked on audio preview on the srs client home screen and my mic and audio is being picked up there but not in game Thank you

Hi guys, Why do some of my JDAMs not explode and destroy the target and some do? What am I doing wrong? I see them hit the target but some don't go boom Is it something to do witht the fuse? Thanks in advance.
