  4. This started happening today and jeez glad I found this thread only thing I could of thought it was screen tearing but it just was a black box that pops in and goes on SC any cloud preset.

Hello guys! just trying to report in. keep getting crashes loading a mission in mission editor. things I have done already no mods clean repair clear out shaders folders renamed savedgame folder (let new one repopulate and just imported my old input settings. zero issues before 2.7 and ofcourse i know its a beta like i said just chiming in dcs.log-20210419-004232.zip
  9. dcs.log-20210414-202815.zip same here guys, load one mission everything is great second mission either crash at load or randomly while I fly. deleted temp/dcs delete saved games/dcs.openbeta clean repaired zero mods.
  10. Right but being a hard core arma player since flashpoint and understanding how similar both games “arma series/dcs world” are to each other when it comes to loading assets during gameplay. I get the exact same micro stutter barely noticeable but there frames stay solid but graph shows a 20-30ms frame time spike when either things are spawned or something new gets called up to be preloaded into the allocated ram the process has. Dealt with it for YEARS, buying top of the line rigs, doing all the “fixes” and “optimizations”. I always had the highest FPS capable monitors so I’m really sensitive to frame time spikes, FPS drops isn’t even something that bothers me since my g sync monitors copes with it and smooths it out but like I said ai spawns to do a cap, bam spike. Just upgraded to a 10900k 64gb 3090 and on a 980pro but like I said exact same issues , same thought process good write up. It all falls down to things jumping onto the main thread.

  12. only issue any of the models has is the pilot textures, including helmet and visor/ rear landing gears being abit in ground (client side only) ai planes are fine. other than that you can edit lua to add the new gbu's, HMCS works great. idk about the maverick issue guy above said but pretty sure when I do use any mavs on the E/F they are aligned and hit everytime unless a user error.
  13. @thinkerdreamer yes I did that, I have a spare 256gb ssd I used for page file and a couple little things. I also did another fix he told me to do which was renaming your saved games directly, running a repair/clean.... @Flappie if you care to explain that fix a little more to him. I have had ZERO crashes since, my game logs folder directory is empty only the normal dcs.log so I can say flappie really helped me
  14. I really appreciate you and you taking time to help. gave this a shot followed some guides on the AMD forums. Weird how amd doesn’t install these reg keys I had to input some 64bit keys .
  15. It hasn’t happened, flown the game twice since I posted this since it’s happened so frequent. It’s happened upon loading a mission in the mission loading screen. F2 view external view switch it’s crashed. Going into map then back to cockpit as well I have a couple logs but this is the most current one Newey had recommended to try without any unofficial mods. But that’s the crash without any mod still crashed on me with the same dx11 name popping up

  17. Hello guys! well ive tackled this problem for a very long time. I have done from Fresh windows installs/sfc checks/fresh bios/gpu drivers/chipset moving dcs to other ssd drives, currently on a brand new nvme m2 1tb drive. fresh dcs installs, no mods/mods/ page file is set high, ive tried a page field set on windows drive/ and another ssd same results, its really getting to me since I now cannot even enjoy a flight without it randomly CTD with those erro files ram passes memtest over and over zero fails. gpu doesnt overheat stays always within actually if anything cooler than most cards. cpu stays cold its on a 360mm AIO thank you dcs.log-20201127-210513.zip
  18. heavily scripted one, zero errors in log on scripts it runs quite smooth. Moose/mist/ctld/csar/ persistent warehouse/unit script

If this matters any I’ve managed to isolate my issue, and able to get it to repeat itself almost within milliseconds of each other when I start a heavily scripted (will peg that single core heavy) mission. Start go into F2 mode in a heavily dense airport (peg the gpu) to get both to draw as much as it can and Boom, crash. undervolt cpu and gpu I can get buy till there’s a hard usage spike and I randomly either CTD, or if its a complete psu failure it locks the computer up tried it 5 times in a row both each with a under volt I can last a bit without oc not even 2mins in the game or if I switch to F2 once I spawn in

  22. Hey, OP what AMD drivers did you end up reverting back to, i uninstalled all my mods/ fresh install. and sometimes ill get a crash as well in relation to my gpu drivers
