  1. I've asked for my PC and equipment to be buried with me so I can play the next DCS fixed wing aircraft.:music_whistling:
  2. Just some screens for FSX flying into CYYR Newfoundland/Labrador. This is with REX. Departed Gander DIR CYYR. Afternoon to early evening.
  3. Oh, yes there is a lot of infomation and misinformation on this Aircraft, including not seeing 25202 on the cutting room floor. Hmm.:music_whistling: This is a well done Model and if anyone is interested in Avation History, for the price, it should not be overlooked, it is very well done.
  4. HI: I would say this is a must have Model for FSX if you are Canadian or enjoy Aviation History. It is the Xtremeprototypes CF-105 AVRO ARROW. This a/c is stunning in lots of ways. 3D pit, and as accurate a flight model as you can get. I would suggest it is worth looking at. I know it is just a flyer but it will challenge the best. No HUD, it's flying in the 50's era as for gauges. If you find it to hard a task, they have provided a Garman GPS to help you out. The GPS is not part of the original cockpit but can be accessed if required. Here are a couple of pics. The site has a lot of information on what is contained in this aircraft and the download is only $18.50 and this is a real steal considering what you get. IMO.
  5. I'll second that. I have no issues with FPS in FSX. I to would have what you call a mid range pc. Works just as well as any ED Series and I had no problems with them either. We learned on Flanker how to tweak and that ran all the way up to the current DCS. FSX is no different if you put some time into some tweaks, less than Lockon series. It just looks a little strange at first till you learn the files an paths and amounts to change. Just like Lockon. It is just a different sim. with a different way of doing things. Cheers. Rattler
  6. Hi ells: can you do the 3D cockpit and leave out the hud. Just use the default Hud and the rest of the cockpit will be textured. Crow and I did a couple of textures but I don't have 3dmax and the proper paint program to take it any further than what we did. cheers pete
  7. Talk to Crow(red1) "Virtual Red Arrows" as most of this is his work. Cheers.
  8. Thanks for the comeback and information. I was afraid someone might say this but you are probably right. I have done mod changes and I may have overlooked 1 or 2 files. Thanks for the re affirm and I will reload from scratch a virgin FC2. Cheers. Rattler
  9. ADA v2 ADA v2 will not load. Goes through every stage of loading and then returns to the first page for loading a mission or track. Any ideas. Using Rafale C/D.
  10. Hi got a problem. ADA version 2 will seem like it loads then at the end the load page pops up. Anyone got any ideas.:( Never mind, got the answer from another forum.Thanks.
  11. Well orders are being cancelled, does that tell you something. Replace Eurofighter:lol:. Best one ever so far this year.:megalol:
  12. SVKSniper Hi: Just checking on your F-14 cockpit. Can't wait to see it finished, looks awesome. Great piece of work. rattler

    Cockpit

Now this would be nice to sit in and play lockon
  14. nope.other than what ever has been released upto this time.
  15. Take your time, we have waited this long for this awesome mod, so a little more makes no difference. Keep up the fantastic work. rattler
  16. Thanks, your doing a great job on the cockpit. best one ever,so far and it seems you are getting a better handle on it as you work along. Keep up the awesome work, we really need these cockpits.
  17. Google-: F-35 Fatigue Cracks and see what you get. Not me saying it, just passing along info. Cracks are more serious than you think at this stage in production.
  18. Never mind launching the F-35, it will only fall apart. How can they build and aircraft to-day and have in it's testing phase, lots of fatigue cracks that make the aircraft unflyable. Where is the quality control. Hell they retired aircraft with less issues. Cost going up, up, up. This aircraft is or should I say was due to be released in the not to distant future and now cracks on the airframe. Someone didn't do their job. rattler
  19. Can hardly wait for the Pit. I know it is lots of hard work. Just a curious note, are you doing one for the F-18F as well. Now not right away but maybe in 2012 sometime, when time permits. Gees, hope this all works with FC3 and I would say you do too. Anyway awesome work and thanks very much. rattler
  20. Very nice, and thanks for making it public. Much appreciated.
  21. SVKSniper: This is a great piece of work. I know you said it was for VNAO but will it be also public? I know some things for Sqn. remain there but these are the sort of Pits that we need in FC2 and possibly FC3. This is almost too good to keep under raps.lol. I know it is not finished but I can imagine what it will look like and it will be one excellent mod. Cheers good luck and hope you do more. rattler
  22. Some guy's will do anything to save fuel.:D
