My native resolution is 2560*1440, and DCS is the same. My screen is small, so I set the scale GUI to 1.25, so the problem comes. I attached some screenshots about the problem. I hope ED can fix these bugs.

I think the values shown in DCS are "not well" calculated", and I don't have scripts in my saved games.

I don not know how many times I have post about the high and unsteady CPU usage of DCS 2.7. And I mention it again because I find something new, ED, please, pay attention to the DCS CPU usage because it seems that there is a bug that can cause the abnormal CPU usage. Press the RCtrl-Pause twice, we can get the detailed statics of DCS CPU usage, and the CPU total never goes above 20, maybe it means in percent%? While if I look the CPU usage from other software, the CPU usage can be very high up to 60 even 80% at some moment for a 8c16t CPU, and tuning the graphic seetings to midum or low don't solve the problem. And I attached a photo shows that the DCS thinks its CPU usage is low to 1X% while actually the CPU usage is up t0 50%. I think DCS might have some component that consumes much CPU usage while DCS cannot monitor it and that cause the leak of CPU usage, which is like to the RAM leak that DCS already exists.

This file just impacts the resolution or LOD of shadows, and does not influence the other people's multiplayer experience while it only influence the player who modifys this file. For better visual quality or better perfomance the player tends to modyfy it while it prohibit the entrance of multiplayer. Sorry for my poor English. I hope ED can listen to and respct the players' voice and make corect decision.

DCS 2.7 is not running in only 2 CPU cores now. And it only occurs in DCS 2.5.5 or ealier versions. DCS 2.7 now consumes too much CPU cores that it can cause high CPU temperature...

After updating to DCS 2.7, my computer seems abnormal. CPU usage can climb up to 70% for my 5800x if I play the game in single play mode. When I pause the game, the CPU usage goes down. So is there some problem with my windows system, graphic driver or the DCS itself has some bug? I cannot accepct the unsteady and high cpu usage of DCS because this can damage my CPU because the change of light to heavy load causes high temperature. I hope the developers could explain why the AMD CPU usage of DCS goes veryyyyyy bad.

CPU usage can goes up to 70% when it is in the main menu(in the screenshot it is 40% for a 8 core 16 threads CPU), and I did not load any mission or map in mission editor. So is there some bug with my system or DCS? The CPU fan causes very big noise really annoys me.

My Ryen7 5800X often goes up to 80℃ because of the high CPU usage of DCS 2.7...And when you pause the DCS, the CPU usage decreases and the temperature goes to normal. I guess the DCS might use our CPU to do something like mining...

The SSAO actually works if you change its value to 1, as you can see actual fps decrease.

I don't think A4 is high quality, it is too simple in flight model.

I think ED should delete these "bugged" buildings.

Solved. In the DCS root folder, create a text file called "dcs_variant.txt" with the one word suffix you want to use for your save folder.

I have installed a steam version DCS and a stable version stand alone DCS. So the two both create the "DCS" folder and conflict each other. So possible to change their name to such as DCS ob and DCS stable?
