I really like the kneeboard addition to Vaicom Pro. Well worth the money for someone new to Vaicom just for the phrase cheat sheet on each tab. If the dictate voice commands could be listed on the "Notes" tab it would great!

You will use SteamVR, but you do not have to put DCS in your Steam library. SteamVR and Windows Mixed Reality are two free programs that you will download from Steam and use. The DCS stand alone version works just fine. You start SteamVR first then start DCS like you normally would. Hope this helps

May I ask where you purchased your G2 and their return policy? I would like to try the G2 (I tried the Rift several years ago), but will not do so until I can find a company with a good return policy in case I feel as you do.
