Where you purchased from ? If you purchased from Steam it should show up in Game if playing Steam Version. If you purchased from ED then will not run in Steam Version, If you purchased steam version and wanna play in ED Version you have to log into ED site and transfer the License to download it If i got anything wrong here sorry

Actually in Steam you have to download the DLC from Steam Interface Hope this helps

Did you try axis commands from drop down menu in Controls will not be button but can slew using it? And find TDC axis you can map it from there I think
