Update 2022-02-06: Pilot patch fixed, Refuel slot in correct color, Tested with DCS 2.7.10 This General Dynamics F-16A was used by NASA Dryden Flight Research Center as an accompanying aircraft for testing the one and two-seater F-16XL and later as a test vehicle in the AFTI program (Advanced Fighter Technology Integration) at the DFRC. It is the only F-16 (serial no. 82-0976) with civil registration N826NA. Previously, this F-16A was used by the Langley Research Center with the identifier N516NA. The vertical tail of the A version was replaced by a C / D vertical tail during use. Download: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3320516/

May I request the livery of the prototyp 63-8501? :D
  11. My goal is to create two skins for each Imperial Japanese Navy Carrier. So far I have: AI-103, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Akagi, Pearl Harbour, First Wave, Squadron leader Lt. Masanobu Ibusuki AI-151, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Akagi, Pearl Harbour, First Wave, Petty Officer 1st class Yoshio Iwaki BI-112, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Soryu, Pearl Harbour, Second Wave, Petty Officer 2nd class Takashi Okamoto BI-150, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Soryu, Pearl Harbour, Second Wave, Petty Officer 1st class Kiichi Oda BII-140, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Hiryu, Pearl Harbour, Lieutenant Sumio Nouno DI-108, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Ryujo, Aleutian Islands campaign, Petty Officer First Class Tadayoshi Koga (this airplane is well known as the Akutan Zero) EII-102, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Zuikaku, Pearl Harbour, Petty Officer First Class Tetsuo Iwamoto EII-150, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, IJN Carrier Zuikaku, Pearl Harbour, First Wave, Lieutenant Masaso Sato An of course the land based: Rai-153, Mitsubishi A6M5a Model 52a, 256th Kokutai, Malbalacat Airbase, Philippines Tsu-102, Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21, Tsukuba Air Corps, Operational Training Unit, October 1943
  12. I don't like this extremly polished skins. It looks kind of unreal that all painted areas are also metalic. But the liveries are made very detailed
  13. Sometimes the small things make look something more real then it should :smartass: I optimized the interior color to match the Aodake Iro of a A6M Zero and the red-orange of the Operational Training Unit (OTU) Tsu-102 changed to a more correct yellow-orange tone.
  14. Does the L-39 ingame support Roughness Metalic files? I think it only supports specular files.
  15. Are you working with Roughness Metalic files or Specular files? The B-17G, correct me when I'm wrong, only supports specular files ATM
  16. The new guys in town DI-108, Mitsubishi A6M2 type 0 Model 21, IJN Carrier Ryujo, Aleutian Islands campaign, Petty Officer First Class Tadayoshi Koga (this airplane is well known as the Akutan Zero) EII-150, Mitsubishi A6M2 type 0 Model 21, IJN Carrier Zuikaku, Pearl Harbour, First Wave, Lieutenant Masaso Sato
  17. With the Model Viewer I always use the tools "File System Browser" and "Liveries tool". When I re-open the Model Viewer both tools cannot be opened again no matter what I do. I have to delete everytime the file "...Saved Games\edModelViewer2\Config\ModelViewer2.json" to make them work again. Has anyone the same problem and maybe a fix for this?
  18. Updates for the upcoming next version are so far: Color band for IJN Carrier Soryu is now slightly lighter "BI-150, Mitsubishi A6M2 type 0 Model 21, IJN Carrier Soryu, Pearl Harbour, Second Wave, Private Officer 1st class Kiichi Oda" added "EII-150, Mitsubishi A6M2 type 0 Model 21, IJN Carrier Zuikaku, Pearl Harbour, First Wave, Lieutenant Masaso Sato" added
  19. Peruvian Air Force The Peruvian Air Force acquired 26 U.S.-built F-86Fs in 1955, assigned to Escuadrón Aéreo 111, Grupo Aéreo No.11 at Talara air force base. Finally retired in 1979. Both skins were made from real aircrafts (132 and 180) but contain dynamic BORT numbers. Update 2020-03-25: Initial release of 132 and 180, both with dynamic BORT numbers Download: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3308522/
  20. I think the AIM-9B and Target Lock are the right choice regarding the look and the history of the F-86F while service with the PhAF
  21. Philippines Air Force The Philippine Air Force (PhAF) first received the Sabres in the form of F-86Fs in 1957, replacing the North American P-51 Mustang as their primary interceptor. F-86s first operated from Basa Air Base, known infamously as the "Nest of Vipers", where the 5th Fighter Wing of the PhAF was based. This F-86F wears insignia of the 5th Fighter Wing, as seen sometimes in the early 1970s. The PhAF F-86Fs were armed with AIM-9B Sidewinder missiles, and their main intended role was interception. Eventually, however, they were foremost used for air-to-ground attacks against different insurgents around the country. Update 2020-03-24: Initial release with dynamic BORT numbers Download: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3308504/
  22. Now that you mention it, it looks very familiar  I also found a text:
  23. When I was thinking about the new map "Mariana Islands" and Air Forces nearby the Philippine Air Force crossed my mind relatively fast :) I need help with identifiying the Squadron logo (?) painted on the nose. Kind of a blue Shield with a White Arrow and something else on it. Here a few WIP shots.
  24. JASDF Squadrons This skin pack contains different schemes while in Service with the Japan Air Self Defense Forces. For every Squadron I implemented one livery with valid fixed BORT numbers and a generic, more reflective one with dynamic BORT number. - 1st Kokudan 1st Hikotai - 2nd Kokudan 3rd Hikotai - 3rd Kokudan 8th Hikotai Japanese for Beginners :-) Kokudan means Air Wing while Hikotai means Squadron Update 2020-03-22: Lots of fixes and "1st Kokudan 1st Hikotai" (4 liveries) as well as "3rd Kokudan 8th Hikotai" (2 liveries) added Download: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3308413/
