Go to the "Options/Input" screen and scroll down under "device". Here appear the MS Sidewinder Stick now. Put the switch on the right side, to "AXES" and go to "RUDDER" then klick the "CHANGE" Button. Now turn the Stick and the axses appears in the menu screen. Then press ok to save it. ;)
