Hey everyone, I want to attempt making a DCS A-10C + ArmA 2 OA video. I am looking for some people who maybe play both and are interested in being actors and/or voice actors for this. Also if anyone else has FRAPS or some other video capture program and would like to help get more shots, that would be awesome. Current positions are as follows: Actual Actor & voice actor for my wingman as an A-10C Pilot. I will need one for DCS A-10C and one in ArmA 2. Hopefully the same person, if not no big deal. Voice Actor to play the role of an ATC. Voice Actor to play role of a commander in HQ. Actual Actors and Voice Actors for 1 (maybe 2) Little Bird Pilots in ArmA 2. Actual Actors and Voice Actors for a 5 man Marine Fire Team in ArmA 2. If anyone is interested at all, plz send me a PM here on these forums and I'll get in contact with you for more details. Hey everyone, I know this isn't really about the flight sim stuff, but I was just curious if anyone who plays xbox 360 might have one of there old white xbox 360's laying around after upgrading to an elite or slim and would be willing to sell there old used white xbox 360 hard drive cheap? I know they sell them used at gamestop n whatever, but I'm looking for a good deal, don't want to spend like $50+ for a 250GB drive. If you are willing to let it go cheaper then gamestop let me know, thanks.

Just a couple of shots I took during a landing when trying out the new 1.0.8 patch for DCS A-10. Nothing special though. Like I said, nothing special, but I was bored so figured I'd post them up.

I just tried it, all i did was set the freq to 75 FM on waypoint 2. I sat on the ground after starting the mission, went upstairs n got some breakfast, came back down and started up my plane, took off. I added a little trigger to notify me when he made it to that steerpoint and when i got the message I contacted him, worked fine, sent me my data and all that good stuff. ~~EDIT~~ ahh looks like =Damage= beat me to it ;) but yea, the good news is it works

Yea, JTAC should be working fine in MP now.... I've used it plenty of times in MP missions I've made. I'd say go ahead n post up the mission here Bahger and lets take a look n see if we can find anything.

Awesome, sounds good. Take ur time man, I know how rough it can be after a move, done it a few times the past few years. I dunno how long this new build has been released as I haven't been on the PC in a few days, but when I fired up TS3 tonight, it told me to DL a new build, which I declined for now. Hey everyone. I am just curious where you get your ideas or inspiration for making a mission? I've made a few missions already now, but I seem to be having "writers block". I was just curious how you guys who put out an awesome mission or 2 a week come up with ideas for these missions? Thanks

I would make sure the trigger is big enough and that the airplane is actually going into it, and second, since you're using a specific unit for the trigger, double check all that stuff is correct (actually using the correct unit and he is the one flying into the trigger ect). If it still wont work, i'd say maybe post up the .miz so we can take a look.

@ long loading times: After patching I did have these LONG loading times. Not a big deal, I was prepared to deal with it. However, totally unrelated to the sim, I did a defrag of my hard drive and I now noticed my load times have shortened dramatically. I used the free defrag program Defraggler from Piriform http://www.piriform.com/defraggler . Not saying it is a definite fix, but might be worth a try just to see if it works for you.

You can prolly use FRAPS to get screen shots of anywhere in the game, including ME. :thumbup:

I heard this the yesterday. I've replayed it tons of times n listened to some of his other stuff, it's all amazing.

o0o0o0o very nice idea with the lamination and using a marker.... you can just wipe clean when done n start over... I may have to look into this as well.

Just tried it out, very very nice. Also like the little tips you added to the bottom for some of the airfields. Like the elevated silo on one approach ect ect. Thanks again!

Awesome, should definitely come in handy. Hope it gets approved soon so i can try it out on my G19.
