Maybe not insults, but this is getting ridiculous. This is the third topic about this, and the conclusion is always the same. The only people who want to remove the cfts are the people that like airquake and don't realize that this plane was made mainly for low level strikes, and not for air to air. The USA has other planes for that.

Hello there! I've been thinking about this for a while. On the top of the Eurofighter's UFC, there are five buttons and one of them says "Flir", even on the german variants. What does it do? Is it like the F15E"s nav pod?

Yeah, that's the point of the MAW. It detects the infared signiture of the missile launch and it warns the pilot, or something like that.

I'm hoping to see the eurofighter, but I assume Heatblur won't let ED show it. They said that they'll only show anything about it when it's almost ready. And also that we'll only see stuff from them. But a man can always dream.

It's clearly different. Miltech's picture is very blurry, but you can see that it's a different angle. And their picture has the HMD activated. That's the green blob in the middle.

Isn't that a picture from Wikipedia? MT5's picture looks like it was shot at night with lots of cockpit lighting, and the angle was also a bit different. I hope it's gonna look this good, though!

Yeah, I don't know how I feel about it. I'm happy with anything we get, but couldn't it have a little better resolution? And now this picture is the "Cover picture" of Miltech on facebook alongside the bo-105.

Yeah, the person who made the cockpit works for Truegritt and Miltech-5, which is a one man team. So yeah, everything makes ense now
