Hallo Phantom, vielen Dank für die freundliche Unterstützung. Ich möchte zwei unterschiedliche Einstellungen realisieren, eine für den ST Modus, eine weitere für den VR Modus. Das ist die grundlegende Überlegung und ich denke, das sollte mit den beiden links möglich sein. Ich spiele dabei noch ein wenig, da ich die Programme mit Total Commander starte. Grundsätzlich möchte ich jedoch die Einstellungen für VR separieren und optimieren, da sonst die Bildfolge bei VR etwas ruckelt. Allerdings habe ich einen zweiten link bereits vorbereitet, aber noch keine Möglichkeit gefunden, die entsprechenden Einstellungen separat zu verwalten. Das Thema mit dem Multi-Threat kam zufällig auf, da ich im Rahmen meiner Nachforschungen zu VR davon erfuhr und ich doch einen etwas leistungsfähigeren Rechner habe. ..wow and many thanks. I guess that's what was explained in the tutorial. As a result there should be two "Saved Games" folders, one with and another one without the VR properties, isn't it? May I come back to the MT topic? What would be the advantage of using multi-threat? My system is quite performant with a EVGA 3080 Ti GPU and an i11900k CPU. Dear Pilots Is there anyone who may support me in setting-up a VR system for DCS World (using Pico 4) in such a way that I can separate the VR application from normal operations without VR? I've seen a set-up guide who mentioned this by using the DCS.exe from the bin-mt folder (multi-threat)? My second question is whether it is recommended to use the multi-threat application rather than the "normal" dcs.exe which is located in the folder bin? Hi Together, I'm a bit short of disc space receiving the information during the latest update that insufficient disc space available. Is it possible to change the download path to another disc for the temporary files during updating DCS? Thanks for your advice Achim

Hi MAXsenna, My name is Achim and I just installed VA plus Vaicom Pro. I now have an issue with the voice recognition using the vaicom pro profile "vaicom pro for DCS World.vap. In detail I cannot get any speech command working even though 1. vaicom pro shows the connection to the FA-18C 2. Easy communication is "on" 3. The buttons on my Hotas Warthog are identified. Another issue I feel not confident with is that the chatter volume is not working. However, the positive thing to mention is that the "kneeboard" command works. Hi Rob, This worked well for me. I left width and length as you mentioned and found suitable values for x and y axis. May I assume that I need to change back to default before having a multi-player session to ensure compatibility? Kind regards Achim

Hi Together, I had a similar issue with the kneeboard not showing due to my high resolution monitor with 3840 x 2160. Now I change line 12 and 13 as attached. However, the kneeboard shows up too low on my screen, so I can see only the upper part. I may drag it up with the mouse but I kindly ask whether anybody has some advice of how to position the kneeboard right? Thanks for your support Achim

Hallo Zusammen, heute hatte ich eine Mission erhalten, die ursprünglich in französischer Sprache erstellt wurde. Ich habe die Mission dann unter C:\user\...\saved games\DCS\...\missions gespeichert. Leider wird beim Öffnen der Mission die französiche Erläuterung nicht angezeigt. Kennt jemand dieses Phänomen und die Ursache? Vielen Dank für Eure Unterstützung Achim Gerade habe ich die Lösung entdeckt. Im Mission Editor muss die Sprache entsprechend eingestellt werden.

Hallo Zusammen, ich bin relativ neu und mit den Funktionen des DCS World noch nicht so ganz vertraut. Ich fliege derzeit ausschließlich die FA-18C aber weder mit "k" oder " shift+k" kann ich das kneeboard anzeigen. Dann fand ich heraus, dass unter C:\user\...\DCS kein Ornder "kneeboard" existiert. Somit stellt sich mir die Frage, wie kann ich einen KB Ordner erstellen und wie so organisieren, dass ich dies für mehrere Flugzeuge nutzen kann? Vielen Dank für Eure Unterstützung Achim

Hi Together, I also found the kneeboard missing. The kneeboard was not working already on version 2.7.14 and is still not working after an update to 2.7.16.28157. I'm trying to show the kneeboard with RShift+K. Using this combo the mouse arrow changes to a yellow cross but no kneeboard appears. Searching for corresponding files I found the attached files in my DCS World folder. I would be happy to receive any advice. Thank you very much. Achim
