  1. Has he tried to target them with the T-POD? I just waypoints to get close and then I just lock them up with the pod.
  2. Found a great video however you may want to mute it. The OP completely messed it up with 1980's techno.
  3. Found this stuff too. I'll have to wait until I get paid so I can buy a couple of these. Definitley getting the Technical Drawings book.
  4. Added, I'm seraching the individual avionics components now. From Wiki: Smerch-A2 radar based on vacuum tube electronics, for early and late MiG-25P, with up to 120 km of radar scanning distance (40 / 80 / 120 km) (50–70 km tracking fighter-sized targets, up to 105 km for bomber-sized targets at high altitude). Operational starting from 500 meters. The first examples of the MiG-25 uses the Smerch-A1, and the final variant was the Smerch-A3 after Belenko's defection with improved reliability.[146] Pulse-doppler RP-25M (Saphir-25) radar based on semiconductor electronics and developed from the RP-23ML of the MiG-23ML, for later MiG-25PD, with up to 110–120 km of detection range (depending on how good the tuning of the radar).[147][146] A RV-UM or a RV-4 radar altimeter SPO-10M Sirena-3 RWR (SPO-15L Beryoza for MiG-25PDSG)[146] 2 x BVP-50-60 chaff/flare dispensers with KDS-155 cassettes and 30 CM rounds each (PPR-50 chaff and/or PPI-50 flares) (MiG-25PDSG / MiG-25PDSL)[146] Lazour datalink (BAN-75 for the MiG-25PD) SRZO-2M Transmitter and SRZM-2 Receiver (IFF set) Vozdukh-1 GCI TP-26Sh IRST (MiG-25PD), 25 km of lock-on range at low altitude against afterburning targets, 50 km+ at high altitude (depending on the size of the heat source). Can slave infrared missiles for sneak attacks. ARK-10 ADF RV-UM low-range radio altimeter R-832M + Prizma radios SAU-155P1 automatic control system KM-1 ejection seat (replaced by the KM-1M in later MiG-25P production examples)
  5. Good Afternoon Pilots. I have started my data mining campaign much like I did with the F-105 that some of you may be familiar with. Today I bring to you an English Copy of the MiG-25P Combat Employment Training Manual. I will continue to add any Engineering or Technical Data that I may find or purchase here in this thread in hope a developer will be enticed enough to make a MOD or an actual model. @Logan54 GOOGLEDRIVE, MiG-25P Combat Employment Training Manual: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ox-Uy1T-RaiX3e26tZLEC-v40hXsKjoO/view?usp=sharing COURTESY OF @F-2, MiG-25PD (Iraqi) Combat Employment Manual: https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/MiG-25PD Flight and Combat Employment Training Manual-OCR.pdf MiG-25 PD (PDS) Interception Complex: https://www.docdroid.com/TpeBRok/mig-25pd-pds-combat-employment-manual-pdf https://disk.yandex.ru/d/OEpxqudk47SN5A Aircraft MiG-25P. 6. Wowe I made this logo a long ass time ago. Glad to see it still being used. The aircraft inside is a CA-12 Boomerang.
  7. Yeah once I learn Blender well enough. I'd like to start with a drone of some sort. Maybe something like the MQ-8B shown here.
  8. Okay I will contact them, thank you @Tengah for the invaluable information.
  9. Yeah that would be cool to do. The T.O F105B-34-1-1 and the -34-1-1S thru 5S I sent cover the EWO operations and how things are done. They will have to make seperate training modules for front and back seat. This plane is probabaly 2 years away IMO. I wish I knew how to program. I have my own project I'd like to do, the A-37B Dragonfly or a Ryan Firebee drone for mission makers. I'm takling a course in Blender now. It is beautifully done in manageable sizes (15-25min) each. He takes you through the whole process of a Bf-109G6 (early) plane. I think there are over 20 videos. You all should check this out.
  10. I emailed the club and asked what the process was to go record sounds. Wish me luck.
  11. Go to 10:40, these sounds might be the chirps of what I think is the RWR?
  12. Yeah that is very true. We have an 'G' here about 30min away from me at the Flying Heritage Collection. All birds are air worthy however I do not know about the THUD. I have yet to hear of one that flys. But there would still have to be some fire control RADAR around to point at it to set it off right? Or would the on board lamp test work? I highly doubt they'd let me go up and record sounds. I could ask though? Here she is: https://acesflyinghigh.wordpress.com/2016/09/24/a-big-thud-at-the-flying-heritage-collection/ Hangar Maps, all WWII A/C are in flying condition except for the manned buzz bomb and Me-163. The MiG-29 sometimes goes out in the Summer. All tanks and guns work too and so does the artillery.
  13. Oh and to add to the special-ness of the A-4N 'Ayit': https://www.airfighters.com/aircraft-data/douglas-a-4n-skyhawk#:~:text=The A-4N version was, navigation and weapons delivery systems. Click link above for full context The McDonnell Douglas A-4N Ayit (Hebrew for Eagle) was the fourth operational version of the breed, after the A-4E, A-4F and A-4H, to enter service with the Israeli Air Force, the Zroa HaAvir VeHahalal (Air and Space Arm), but commonly known as the Heil HaAvir (Air Corps) or Israeli Defence Force/Air Force (IDF/AF). The A-4N version was based on the airframe of the US Marine Corps A-4M, and retained the uprated Pratt&Whitney J52-P-408A turbojet engine. Main difference between the two versions were the avionics, navigation and weapons delivery systems. Initially equipped with a Lear-Siegler Inc digital computer, this system was replaced by Israeli made equipment, produced by Haifa-based Elbit Systems Ltd. The IAI Tamam Division’s inertial navigation system replaced the US system, as was the Elliot Automation HUD. After arrival in Israel this system was gradually replaced by a locally designed and produced system. The A-4Ns were delivered with AN/APQ-145 radar, but from 1982 a number of aircraft were fitted with the AN/ABS-19 Angle Rate Bombing system (ARBS), recognisable by the sensor in a glass nose cone also seen on the US-operated A-4M, although without the associated ECM blisters. Aircraft '309', '331' and '337' of No.116 Squadron are known to have been fitted with the ARBS. The original cannon armament of the A-4M, two Colt 20mm cannon made way for two French-designed but Israeli-manufactured DEFA 30mm cannon, with 150 rounds per gun.
  14. I'd like to see an A-4M (USMC SPECIFIC) and an A-4N (IAF SPECIFIC) variant for this mod as an option. You can see the subtle differences here on the E vs. M and the N vs. E
  15. Off Topic, juts this once, but I think Iron Maiden should license all the Eddies to Sideshow Collectibles to make 12.00 in figurines of every Eddie on every album cover. I'd like a Somehwere in Time Eddie.
  16. I cannot wait this will be a day one buy.
  17. I know this is being looked at but I ran a test myself. I had 4 seperate bird with 'Veteran' status and 4X Shrikes on the Sinai map at 400kts and 500 FT. None of them hit or even went for the target I designated in the attack zone. I just tried in my own Skyhawk on Enigma's server just now and they went straight into the dirt= maybe 2mi ahead of me. I fired 1 and then another about 1min apart. I was at 12000MSL for the first one and then 7000MSL for the second.

I really hope the IIICJ comes out sooner than later. I'd love to see a Yom Kippur server. The F-4E is coming, we have the A-4E already for the blue side. The MiG-17 is coming and we have the MiG-19 and the -21 for the red side. The Sinai map is missing air bases though like Ramat David and Ofir.
  20. Are Ramat David and Ofir going to be added?
  21. I wish I could read Russian. Maybe some of you can? https://www.aircraft-reports.com/search.php?search_query=mig-25&Search=
