  1. OV-10A IS RELEASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LINK: https://splitair.gumroad.com/l/fwzxn
  2. Yeah Sandy is a must, I think we only flew them for a couple years before giving them to the South Vietnam Air Force (VNAF). I'd like the A-1H so we can use the toilet bomb. Source: https://vietnamwar.fandom.com/wiki/Douglas_A-1_Skyraider#Operational_history We have a YO-3 here in WA. I live 45min away. I'd love to do some CIA snooping missions at night. And if they really do get 4X engines in here I'd like to work my old station in the P-3C Orion, SS3 (EWO).
  3. We need this plane because we have a MOD of the Super Tucano and it would be bonkers to have dogfights with these two birds. Not to mention we could write some CIA missions. There is alos the Bronco II that is coming, probably around 2025/26. Our plane has 7 hard points vs the 5 of the Tuco. It can carry 2X 20mm pods as well and it has the same FLIR the Tuco has. From what I read the USAF is only buying 3 and that this plane was selected by SF, which most likely means CIA COIN OPs'.
  4. OV-10A Broco updated in description. Reason for Vietnam juts got even more relevant IMO. The OV-10 is going to be an instant buy along with the F-4E, an A-7E - Go Navy! Special Thanks to @Rick50
  5. Is there a paintkit? I'm not seeing one on the github.
  6. With the coming F4U-1d Corsair, we would need an adversary appropriate to that aircraft. I strongly believe the quickest way to achieve that is to add a land based INJAF aircraft. The Corsair is a formidable aircraft with larger array of weaponry it can employ over the Ki-84-I Hei. The Nakajima aircraft boasts 2X 20mm Ho-5 cannons and 2X 30mm Ho-155 Cannons. This aircraft is built for speed and 'un-aliving' everything in the sky. It can do some ground attacking with 2X 250kg bombs. So, I feel it's a nice balance. It doesn't carry very many rounds but it doesn't have to. One burst and any plane will go down in flames. (image of Warthunder Ki-84)
  7. I thought this could be valuable to the team. It was translated from Japanese to English. It has a lot of info concerning the profile surfaces of the F-4A,B,C/D and E,J,K,M. It is a treasure trove of highly detailed information and hi-res clickable images. 8. No, Eagle Dynamics got you. Please, relax man. I see you, I've met people like you. It always seem that you believe you know better. I get it, you have high passion about this because you didn't think of asking for it. Like I said earlier, this is just a request. No need to come in and start peeing all over it.
  9. This is a must have MOD for anybody. It is so fun to fly and very easy to learn. You basically just turn stuff on. I didn't know you had to hold the engine start button, LOL. I tried so many times. You guys are doing great work and I can't wait for the finished product. Will you be updating the external geometry to this variant?
  10. Just downloaded, I'd like to help make skins and skin the cockpit.
  11. Yes, the B's came in the Spring on '98. There were such a welcome addition to the squadron. Especially being a maintainer like myself. I'm sure the PW-414A was a good motor for it's time but the GE motors were so much better. We have a pilot C/S Kong say it was like going from a VW Beetle to a Ferrari. I think the only things I regularly changed were the oil switch and an aft fuel control. The aft fuel control was just a computer with 2 cannon plugs and 4 fasteners. The aft fuel control on a A model was about 40 spider lines and a bunch of hard to reach fasteners.
  12. Well that post deflated all of a certain someone's 'doomer' replies.
  13. Are you a fellow Gypsy? I was there 94-98.
  14. The monies, Uncle Joe is making me broke.
  15. The F-14 is the bird I am waiting to buy. That is the one I will spend and extravagant amount of time of skinning. I used to be in VF-32. I was a Power Plants and Fuels Systems guy. We call the rate 'AD' which is Aviation Machinist's Mate. I designed our last unit patch, the one you see in my avatar. I may not have been the first but I will be the last, part of history forever. Anyway, I think you and I will be good friends. I need to fix that eyesore of the USAF decal 'Tactical Air Command'. It is far to bright, makes my eyes bleed. This skin is really for practice, seems just as easy as IL-2: BoX. I may even do some more work on the camo. I will upload the .psd as well so people can change the pilot & crew chief names. The board numbers are changed in the re-arm menu.
  16. They can still design to the maximum of their game engine. If people have a potato for a PC, that is not their or our problem. I've done numerous projects that got cancelled or I never received anything from. Happens more than you think. I also worked on something for a very long time only to have it change mid-development. The comment you've made tells me you are not in the industry. This thread is about the need or want for a Vietnam map, it's request, idea, dream ect. And breath man, just breath. Caps lock isn't going to get your point across. You're taking this way to seriously and way out of context with massive assumptions on your part.
  17. I see you and I came up with almost the same 'averaged' sample. That's pretty cool!
  18. This is a work in progress of the 60th TFS or the US Air Force. They are stationed at Eglin AFB, FL. I'm making a base skin that you can add your own pilot names to and be able to use the number board App in-game. As you can see I have a lot of camo mis-matches. I re-colored the paint scheme using colored sample from photos of various F-15's. I still need to add the inner fin flash of the black bar with the masked out Eagle head.
  19. Can't wait for this one. It's 'The Boeing Company' not Industries. - Manufacturing Engineer, The Boeing Company, 2010 - 2020.
