I just got my splinter cell chaos theory from sendit.com. I live in turkey and they charged only 1,5 pounds for shipment. I guess same low shipment costs apply for most of the world. ED, is there any possibility that FC 1.1 CD version be out to sale via sendit.com? Other firms that are mentioned before apply really very high shipment costs...

I am indeed not very optimistic about the 1.2 add-on to be released, as 1.1 add-on became a story for those who were waiting for a d/l version...

Moggel, I am in the same situation with you, as it is impossible for me to purchase the box version. I have to pay at least 40 eur for the game and 18 eur for shipment, which nearly makes around 75 dolars. I am waiting for the downloadable version but as fas as I get from these forums, we will not be able to get the d/l version. A lot of company sells d/l products via internet on online stores but ED did not be able to manage that, I dont know why...

How lucky that you at least have the FC 1.1 and having trouble with AFM

I am really tired and bored of checking the ED web site twice a day in order to see whether 1.1 is relased as a downloadeble version. I am sure there are many people here in my situation. I was wondering if there is an English version of 1.1 sold in cd case in Russia? I know the russian version is realised in Russia but if there is an english cd version, I thought I could find someone to send me the english cd version from russia. I live in Turkey and I dont have the opportunity to purchase the cd version from naturalpoint.com or the other online stores because online stores generally do not have international shipment option and even if they have it, the shippment is too expensive. Although I had the opportunity to buy an illegal copy of Lock-On 1.0 just for 2 dollars, I purchased the original game from ubi and they charged 35 pounds for shipment and in total, the game was 70 pounds:)) That is why I want to find someone to bring me an original english version from russia and afterall, the downloadable version seems to stay as a humour for a long time:))

I like the russian jets more, as it is easier to navigate and control the weapon system. It sometimes gets really a pain to navigate in US jets, maybe I am not good at the US avionics. I like su-27 the most, then su-33. Indeed, yesterday I bought a model kit of su-33... These jets are joy to fly.

How about seeing the mass of air on the wings during the passege of the sound barrier? Probably it is said before but a night vision would also be interesting, especially for a2g aircrafts...

I have dial-up connection at home with my computer that I am playing Lomac, and I have a laptop computer that I use at the office with high speed connection. I am planning to download Lomac-FC with my laptop and transfer the installer to my desktop computer. Is it possible to download the installer with a computer and play the game on another computer? Of course, I will make all the registration job with the desktop one but I am worried whether this Starforce crap makes it compulsory to use the same machine for playing the game that you used for downloading... I know it is a wierd question but this what my situaiton is:)
