I started to believe that Black Shark is not an add-on for LO but some kind of a movie tool which enables GA to make some impressive chopper movies:) Because we just see movies for some time and we will probably be seeing only movies for another "some" time:) Glowing Amraam, no offense, your movies are great and my words are for Eagle Dynamics Movie Tool Company:)

After seeing AFM of 25t, I quit flying others but Su-27 is my favorite. It looks more beautiful then f15...

So will there be some kind of a "advanced terrain patch" for BS after its release? Like the seasonal package of FC? Or will we see the new terrain thing with the upcoming project after BS?

I have recovered the registry entries with the Registry Recovery Tool. I had to reinstall windows and installed LockOn with Flaming Cliffs (Including 1.12a patch). Then recovered the registry entries but this Starforce thing warned me that my config has changed and registry recovery did not work at the end. What did I do wrong? Is my installation sequence wrong? (Lock on + FC + Seasonal Pack + 1.12a patch then run the game).

Sorry not related to this topic but I have a concern regarding the clickable cockpit. Is it practical to click all those buttons and switches during an engagement? It is not a big problem in FS series, however, as we would be dealing with targets and lots of Abris vs functions while trying to fly the bird, it should be a big problem to handle the switches and buttons with the mouse. You cannot leave the stick or collective for using the mouse. On the other hand, you cannot use the mouse with left hand (at least I cannot).

Is there a major difference between the Deluxe version and the normal one? Does the deluxe version worth buying?

If games are totally free, then no problem with ads. However, I pay my hardly earned money for the software and seeing ads with paid software would be disturbing...

I am not expecting a hardcore sim like BS. Probably, what we will get will have a game play like Comanche4 with better graphics, no advanced flight model, no realistic weaponry, no realistic enemies etc etc... Think about BS... They are trying to implement an addon for a game that is already here. EEEC2 guys are creating something from scratch and waiting a realistic sim with this good graphics would be far too optimistic...

Chopper is probably the most difficult machine to drive/fly in the history of mankind I guess. If real pilot workload is expected in BS, then we will have some really hard times till we make a true pilot.

Once a time, I came with very similar ideas for lockon... However, I guess lockon is not a suitable platform for such improvements...

Didn't anybody try Jane's Longbow2? It was a great sim (not arcade) for its era, around 1997 I guess. The game had the best tutorial section I had ever seen... Not to mention the complex avionics and such stuff...

F-22 rulez what? We see what all the technologic mamboo-jumboo "ruling" in Iraq or elsewhere...

What about the cockpit?

One of the ugliest flying thing I have ever seen:) It is like the external liquid fuel tank of space shuttle is attached to the head of a 747:)

So after all the argument, which is better? Which one should I buy for my kid to play? f22 e2000 su-27-30-34 f15 f16 ?
