I have the STECS standard throttle, and for some reason (recently) when I target designate, the FLIR POD is not slewing on target. Any ideas on this dilemma? I've checked the TDC depress button and it activates in the set-up menu. I'm stumped. Thanks! -Don

I'm having a hella bad time getting logged in. "Connecting" with the cycle of doom is all I get. I'm just trying to use the non-server edition.

This has ben the most detailed and explanatory "HOW TO" on this topic I've found. Much appreciated! I just added two 27" to the right and left of my main monitor (32") for more of a "wrap-around" view. Would I use negative x-values for the left monitor? I'm slowly getting this all together. So I did this thing. I added 2 more monitors to my set-up. I was able to them connected and recognized by Windows, but when I power up DCS, I am only seeing maybe a quarter of the game in the middle of the primary monitor. I use a 32" for the main monitor and 2 27" monitors for the side monitors. Ideas? Many thanks! -Don

Howdy! I bought 2 sticks of 32. My original config was x4 8GB sticks. So I pulled 2 8s and replaced with x2 32s (total of 80). Is that not a good idea? Everything seems to be running good. I even up'd some settings. Baby steps. Cheers!

Ahhh... that makes sense. Especially after reviewing the latest log... It seems that "background" issues are impacting me? I usually fly on 4YAs Caucas MP map... could that be a root cause? dcs.log

Hey there! Thank you for the feedback! I've made the adjustments you suggested. One caveat, however, I do not own the F-14. I'm an F/A-18 (primarily) guy. (still learning the 15, but tell anyone...). I've pondering up'ing my RAM to 64... fingers crossed! Thank you again! -Don

Howdy! Until recently, I was able to use my other monitor for misc stuff without impacting DCS. However, after switching monitors (LG 32") each time I click on the second monitor, DCS goes to the tray. Ideas? Thanks! Don DOC|WA-509
