Pretty much as the title says, any way to force a target for some of these SAMs? **edit: closest I've gotten to getting this to my liking is using INVISIBLE ON/OFF but this does not work in multiplayer

Back in my day, you couldn't see the HUD in the Mirage at all. Too bright is better than too dark, at least! :)

At least in M02. First off, two Chinooks try to land on each other at Fox Sierra (IIRC). Even if you remove 1 Chinook, when they get to their dropoff point, no troops get out and the mission doesn't progress.

The level of detail and realism are higher than what I'm used to, which is a great thing. I super enjoyed the ATC/ATIS and having to actually pay attention to it. The briefing might already say this, I'm not sure, but turning off "Easy Communication" being mandatory should be screamed a few times. Other than a couple typos, it went well and I can't wait for the release. (INSTRUCTOR: Right. So, at *he* beginning of each mission it is wise to start ...) (Currently we have Dutch F-16's on similar flight *to ours* ...) this might actually be correct? It was just in my notepad. *shrug* :pilotfly:

Yeah, the zones need to be pretty big zones, big enough for the BDU to be free falling in the zone for a good second. Is UNIT DAMAGED a possible workaround for you instead of BOMB IN ZONE?

UNIT INSIDE ZONE -> FLAG ON 666 TIME SINCE FLAG 666 -> DO SCRIPT ctld.JTACAutoLase('JTAC1', 1688, false,"all") If you put "priority" in the unit's name, they will get lased first. if you put "hpriority" in their name, they'll get lased before "priority." and if I remember correctly, you can do something like "hpriority2" and "hpriority3"

This happens to me too, but only in VR. I assume this only happens in VR for everyone else?

I can trigger smoke, but i can't make it disappear with a specific trigger or last as long as I need it to. Is there a way to make smoke signals (or fire??) last until certain elevation/speed requirements are met? Thanks, all.

Being in the Rift I find myself having a hard time keeping my heading because the gauges are so hard to read. Some A/C are harder than others. If you hit CTRL+Pause Break you get your FPS. Is there something similar to get a permanent heading readout?

In order to complete the first mission, all you have to do is open the campaign mission in the mission editor and set your Gazelle to start in the air and save it. Note: You might need to launch DCS in administrator mode to be able to write to files located in your \Program Files\ directory, which can be done by right clicking the shortcut icon and clicking "run as administrator." Is it possible to set custom F11 camera views instead of just airport / towers? I'm trying to create easy replays to watch in VR, which is really awesome on the ground btw, but I'd like to be able to just hit "F11" to cycle through different viewpoints. Does anybody know a way?

I heard that running Track-IR as administrator fixed a lot of quarks with windows 8. But I can neither confirm nor deny.

I wasn't able to find a straight answer looking around, so.... I have A-10 ... do I need to buy CA in order to join a server with other people playing CA, or will the CA options simply be disabled? thanks.
