You need to install mbucchia quadview first. https://github.com/mbucchia/Quad-Views-Foveated You may need to also goto steamvr setting in OXR section to enable quadview addon .. (it is bit unintuitive that one have use steamvr to enable quadview). Quadview works great in HP G2. It will definitely give you a boost

I don't think we getting ffb from Moza and Winwing without you (ffbeast) and Walmis (vpforce). You started honey-i-developed-ffb in il2 and dcs forum in 2020 and Walmis few weeks later with the rihno

He is probably using xpforce payware or freeware airforceplayer ffb. I believed both have been abandoned no longer support. I think xpforce still avaiable for purchase $10

As AMD 6900Xt owner, i can confirmed that Qcumber is right. There isnt option in OXRTK for foveated rendering However, there is fixed quad view foveated. I believed you get more fps particularly for powerful CPU like Amd x3d.

No, you do not need to do anything. Unless your third party apps like viacom required to point to new drive folder.. for example in vaicom...cntrl-alt-c to change to new drive folder

Yes, it saved my HPG2 from going to the bin I remembered on one occasion.. I reinstalled the driver with ddu installer then I even replace with brand new HP display cable.. nothing.. I gave up and bought pico 4. Then one day, then i occurred to me ... for the last time... why not try on my father computer windows 10, which he using for msfs with HPG2. I was astonished that it works. So I freshly install the windows 11... HP G2 still is my daily driver till this day.

It happen to me several times in the past 4 years. - On one or two occasion, completely remove AMD Radeon driver using DDU uninstaller and reinstall driver again works. It probably good idea to install with a known previous working driver. - Other time by reinstall windows 11. - twice due to faulty HP display cables.

No power logo light up on the headset.. it does not mean there is no power. it could be windows 10/11 does not detect the headset. It could be windows driver problem. Have you another computer to test. or spare drive you can install new windows to test. Another problem could be the HP display cable. Rarely it is the headset itself is faulty.

For me, by far away the pros simhaptic is its stability. I had a lot of issue with simshaker like license reset/database error. Since I switch to simhaptic in civilian sim, I never once that experienced any issue. So far in DCS, since it release yesterday... the effect in simhaptic is more differentiated and more pronounced, .. I can feel the gun fire, speedbrake, ground effect. Hopefully the viacom is get sorted...I switch permanently to simhaptic.

There is a conflict between simhaptic and viacom. From developer forum. There should be a fix in next update. In the meantime, to get viacom work again.. just remove a line - simhaptic from export.lua

For me, simhaptic is very impressive in both DCS and in civilian sim.

Even on my AMD 6900XT 16Gb perform very well in DCS. In my HP G2, I can get average 60fps in most of time. AMD 7900XT has more memory 24Gb and 10-15% faster than my 6900XT. Personally I would choose 7900XT ove 4070ti. However, if you also have msfs2020, then 4070ti is better choice.

Have anyone notice that in case 3 recovery.. don't hear a word from Jester. With constant keeping time, altitude and doing maths in marshall stack. Jester is sorely needed to remind me time remain to get into commencing. He is only waken up and commented number of wires when I landed

Tanker callout 280kts at 24000ft. It was from the default F16 mission, i just added the F4e. My F4e is fully loaded 2x ext tank, aim7 & aim9. I think you are right... mine was too heavy and slow.. I have to constant adjust throttle and as well as stick pitching up/down I will increase the tanker speed and lighten up the f4.

At present, I have pimax 8kx with lighthouse.. might interest in getting crystal with lighthouse faceplate. Regarding lighthouse tracking... let assume that one day your lighthouse base station is dead.. Does the crystal light still work by revert back to inside out tracking instantly without the need to takeout the lighthouse faceplate ? or the need install firmware version for inside tracking that need ?.

I was frustrated and confused that Jester call did not match that of the lights on the tanker. But after watching 104th_maverick on youtube. That Jester callout are more accurate, there is a few second lagged in the tanker light. From now on I will concentrate more on Jester callout. Hopefull I can get at least 50% full before Reflect Campaign for the Phantom ii released.

I see that you using PimaxXR v0.4.4 Perhap try different earlier version of PimaxXR. I remember sometimes I do get black screen on my Pimax 8kx.. going back to earlier version .. from memoy v0.2.x .. always worked.

Has anyone able to get full tank using either rhino or ffbeast ffb stick?. Came from tomcat, which I am able to get full tank every single time with my diy 24nm( 10kg max deflection). with relative ease without even bother to trim properly or swept the wing into bomb mode. For the F4 phantom, for the past two weeks.. for the life on me, I cannot stay connected even for 30s. It is so frustrated. Admitely my diy ffb stick (made mainly of scap metal) is no where nearly as precise as rhino/ffbeast. I cannot understand why it is so much harder in the F4-e phantom. Dont know whether it is me or my crappy ffb stick.

Sure, I would love paid $59 early access. Who wouldn't?. However, I can understand why the price set as it is. From previous surveys. heli users only a fraction of those modern jets. I think number of units kiowa sold will be 1/3 phantom ii. They have to make worthwhile for their time and resources
