  1. Maybe S-500. SA-10 and SA-5 irl cold launches. It uses a black powder gas generator to yeet the missile out of the container. The same approach is used for russian ICBMs as well as Peacekeeper in the US. Recently it was implemented on the SeaCEPTOR missile.
  2. Hell yes. Maybe you can discover new schemes for missiles for the modding community to use even if ED doesn't step in to help, which they have before with fixing the cruise missiles.
  3. Speaking of AIM 260, are you planning on adding loft capability to it?
  4. It does, but it doesn't fly as if it was a cruise missile, it flies as if the pilot was ordered to hold right on the joystick
  5. Something tells me that when the asset packs come out all at once (assuming they do), it'll be more lit than a nuclear fireball
  6. That's because Grim Reapers love keeping their mods private, and they don't release their custom versions.
  7. CH, hasn't there always been a demand for modern stuff in DCS?
  8. To all of you who are here today, December 31st, 2023, I wish you all a happy new year and a wonderful 2024 with DCS Mods and the world at large.
  9. Well, if wikipedia is considered a valid source, there's evidence there. https://ria.ru/20180702/1523755997.html ^ A source that was attached to the wikipedia article says, translated from russian, "Bomber Tu-22M3 will be able to carry four hypersonic missiles "Byzhal"
  10. Crud. Guess we're probably not seeing a kitchen attached to a bear. Regardless, will we see kinzhals on it?
  11. Effectively, his policy is "You can, say, add his weapons to your aircraft, but you cannot release it to the public" Also, I have a question about the TU-95. The Wikipedia article on specifications of the TU-95, says that there is capacity for the Kickback missile and the KH-22 Kitchen. Why aren't those added yet?
  12. The only con about the new model of downloads is that updates will likely be far less frequent; you have to update EVERYTHING in one pack to justify a new patch, really.
