Исправили вроде, но в список изменений в патче не внесли. Не использую больше РБ модули пока официально реанимации нет, поэтому сам не проверял.

А на третий патч он перестанет работать. Нет никакого "1-2 патча", разработка и исправления ведутся или постоянно или никак.

It would be nice if ED made some conclusions, not like last time with Hawk - the new situation is no different from the old, you have a conflict with someone, and the users still pay for this. Even if everything is resolved tomorrow, it's not a win win if there are no changes. My personal grievance: your Steam customer doesn't have product keys, so they are not protected from such cases, if things stay as they are now, it certainly won't add to anyone's confidence that any product will work tomorrow.

What happened to RAZBAM says only RAZBAM, I repeat - all these assumptions about other devs are just substitution of concepts and in no way relate to this situation. What is happening now is not some accident, but a stable hypertrophied attitude towards business on the part of RB. Since my English does not allow me to convey the information in a clear way, I will summarise it briefly: I believe that RAZBAM management is not capable of conducting business communications with contractors and users. А ХБ не дураки оказались и не стали кого-либо поддерживать. Может знают, что не все обязательства по Ф14 выполнили, но за них не беспокоюсь - адекватная компания, хорошие модули, уверен, что с ними все в порядке. Разбам же как последний день живет - с первых слов с ноги начали открывать дверь. В итоге пользователи недовольны, ЕД, как я предполагаю, тоже, а по факту только в хуже сделали всем, в том числе себе. Что здесь скажешь - доверь козе капусту. Надеюсь ЕД будет более предметно обозначать договорные обязательства с контрагентами, утомил уже этот бесплатный цирк от РБ.

Это был бы идеальный вариант для всех. Разбам крайне неприятно себя вел раньше и сейчас продолжает заниматься тем же:

AV8B и M2000 готовы, можно сказать, полностью вот только это никак не влияет на факт того, что после каждого патча они могут не работать вообще и заниматься ими никто, на данный момент, не планирует. Тоже самое относится и к F-15E.

У них нет кода. Если модуль куплен в магазине ЕД - вернут(скорее всего, прецедентов много). Стим - не вернут если больше 2 часов игры и после двух недель.

Проблема в том, что официально он больше не поддерживается. Сегодня может работать, а после патча нет. Никакого смысла в покупке на данный момент нет. Отличный модуль, стоит купить, если проблема с поддержкой решится.

No, I didn't miss the point, I see posts like this all the time and they are all of the same type. There is no violation of the ecosystem, there is one specific case and that's it. You can't destroy something that isn't working properly to begin with. Lest you think I'm defending ED I'll just ask them some questions: 1) Where are the outputs after Hawk? 2) Why don't you have code from RAZBAM aircraft? 3) Why your products bought on Steam I can't return? 4) Why are customers not protected from companies like RAZBAM? 5) Why are RAZBAM modules still being sold? I could go on with this list for a long time, but I won't. I have no prejudices about ED and RB - I like DCS, I liked my F15E/M2000/AV8B, but, granted, but I don't see any point in mixing it all together, and I've already drawn my conclusions specifically of each. I just don't see why one particular case can change an opinion relative to anything done by third parties in DCS and the ED themselves.

А что в MSFS будет как-то по-другому? Дев скажет, что не хочет больше вести разработку и все закончится. То, что существуют очередные проблемы с разбам, не значит, что проблемы у всех. Просто раньше это было не так явно и на таком уровне.

This makes sense in the context of the two sides of the controversy - ED and RAZBAM. But what does this have to do with the entire DCS? The other developers fulfil their obligations, release and update their products and there is no reason not to buy anything from them. In general, even from ED you can buy something. The whole thing about them not having(maybe) a code, after Hawk the conclusions were not drawn, DCS-Steam is a platform that gives no guarantees and overall just medieval. But ED is leading the development of their products and you won't be left with nothing. With RB fully is the opposite situation - another circus in discord shows that: the company is a mess and not serious people who are not able to have a meaningful discussion. But who in their right mind would buy anything from them after everything that's happened?

Just look at when the first development news was, it's just been a long time, so the textures may not be up to date. If the module flies and works well, but expectations of graphics were a bit different, it's better that way than the other way around.- 591 replies

On the issue of refunds to those who bought in Steam: 1) Steam will not refund you if 2 hours and two weeks have passed. 2) ED will not refund you even if you migrate from Steam to standalone - different databases. In general, there are no refund options for those who bought on Steam. I don't have any thoughts on this, I just think the system needs to be refined - the customer needs to be protected, otherwise purchases are quite risky. At the moment everyone decides for themselves whether the risk is worth it or not.

Solve the problem on whatever level - I don't like the RB situation, I don't like RB attitude in general, so I wrote ED about my problem and want to find a way to solve it. But I don't think it's a good way to sit in discord and write inappropriate negative ‘jokes’ about ED and ED forum users the way RB are now writing in discord and RB themselves are not paying attention. After everything that has happened in 2 months, I'm almost not surprised that this situation is with RB and not anyone else and discord is an indicator. upd: don't think I treat ED differently, I just don't express my negativity because they try to be constructive and at least try to behave like a service provider, not like a company that will close tomorrow and the most important thing for it now is to slam the door loudly. Pretty sure RB won't close and the problem will be solved. But for me personally, the unpleasant impression of them will remain for a long time.

Their entire reputation can be gauged in their discord. Go in now and look at the posts over a couple of hours. They can't even control their own users or don't want to.

It's a beautiful map. I use Sinai and Kola 95% of the time. But if you want MP, they are useless.

Same thing - the first one is always fine, then tv won't turn on. It's not always like that, if I start in the air more often works than not.

Whether to defend RB or not is entirely up to you. I just don't understand the motivation. Maybe you can explain why they worked for a year for free? Pretty sure they have a contractual obligation based on work done and product availability for x period of time, not an hourly rate. My assumption is based on only one thing - it was the RB that didn't get paid, not all devs. So the problem is clearly not all third party dev's, but only one.

I see this example a lot in regards to RAZBAM. The only thing is that RAZBAM is an intermediary between ED and DCS clients, so the example is incorrect. Why do users care so much about a company that has nothing to do with them? I don't care if RB gets paid or not - it's just none of my business. The whole ‘for all the good vs all the bad’ thing doesn't work where your money is taken. If RB gets his money but doesn't continue development, would that be okay with you?

My opinion is that it shouldn't be a concern for users at all. Two legal entities solve the problem between themselves, but for some reason it becomes our problem, although we are conscientious payers. What solutions do we see? 1) Getting RB to support the module - not 2) Maintain the module at hotfix level ourselves - not 3) Refund - not 4) Replace non-working modules with other working ones - not Maybe two months is considered nothing to some, but I'm used to valuing other people's time and I don't see it that way. The only issue is time and now we are being told to wait for something instead of a solution for some reason - this is important. Which of these two companies is at fault and what they are going to do is a conversation not about our money.

This state of uncertainty plays a cruel trick. The only option I can understand, if it's not a money refund (how they will refund money in Steam I don't understand at all) is a compensation in some other form by replacing it with ED module/map. That's when the wait would be justified, otherwise ED is just wasting users time reducing trust. It doesn't matter what the bottom line is with RB, the user should not be cheated in the end. upd: of course, I'm not talking exclusively about the F15E, but all RB modules. Nobody needs these pumpkins and the fact that they are no longer early access is irrelevant.
