I feel your pain buddy ;) I had the same problem waiting allmost 2 month for my collectors pack It appeared that the shipment at first was delayed because they had run out of printed manuals, after that was sorted they told they would send it ASAP but the pacage vanished somehow completely into the void of international postal service so they send me another one that arrived 3 days after they had send it off. A relevant question Babu :smilewink: Other questions would be: Or is it a HOTAS? Do you have pedals or are you using Stick-Twist or maybe keyboard? What are your hardware specs ... Like CPU, GPU, Ram? Is it a desctop or a laptop? How are your ingame graphics settings. He has illuded answering these important questions so far so my conclusion would be that either he dosen't have a clue or he does not want us to know for what reason ever.

You might read this tread where youll find the specs on some of the servers running 24/7 ATM. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=52999 And im quite sure FC2 won't run on linux. Of course i have a static IP and concerning traffic i have prioritized my Router to leave at least 2MB bandwith for the server at all times. The server has been running for allmost a year now first with FC1.12 and now with 2.0 its running really well and i have never had any major issues Believe me its mutch cheaper to have it running here at home then paying some provider out there who you don't know if you can trust. allso maintenance is easyer and alot faster if something should break down. Another member of our squadron is running our squad TS3 on the second server located at his home in the US and it allso runs without any problems.

Most servers, just like ours, are running quite nicely on windows XP or win 7 with all unnessecary processes turned off. You can't run FC in a server rack because it dosen't have a dedi server software and you need a graphics card (onboard or installed) and access to a screen to start/restart the server.

Im thinking of getting myself a touchscreen to use it with a touchbuddy profile in FC2 and i could use some advise. As far as i get it the problem is that you have to alter/add files in export.lua. that AFAIK are included in the integrety check on most online servers .......... I could be wrong though as im not so much into the topic.

Well im planning on getting a 12-inch screen so that the buttons have a decent size will that suffice or should i go for a bigger one like 15, 17 or 21-inch?

So basically trying to use touchbuddy in FC2 on a 7-8 inch screen is pretty much a waste of time ? Or is it so that FC2 dosen't work with touchbuddy at any resolution :huh:
