I had to make a clean install of 2.5 today and everything works as intended the only problem is that AJS Viggen 16-2 Red Flag, in the "campign" menu has the status "Inactive"
I have uninstalled and re-installed the campaign hoping to activate but to no avail .... any tip on how to fix this problem would be appreciated
GRIZZ
Following your instructions the program would copy all data from Open Beta into a new folder "DCS World" so my HDD should have room for another 80GB (more or less). Now that's a problem cause i only have 40 GB room left :(
I am running 2.5 OB including Caucasus and Nevada map, its running really well so far so i refuse to change anything at all until this Forum provides a clear cut way on how to execute the transition to 2.5 release version. Cause having read the last 3 previous pages here about how to do the transition the right way has left me rather confused to say the least.
Cheers
I purchased an Early access key back in january and it was send to me by SendOwl but it looks like if i try to download the mudule with DCS i will have to pay for it once more.
Is there some other way to download the Viggen so i don't have to pay for it again?
Now i allready have DCS World and 2.0 Open Alpha installed, do i now have to install another 30GB Open Beta on top of all that on my allready Crowded C: Drive ? :(
Not to mention MIG 21 Bis by 3rd party developer Leatherneck simulations
@ TrackIr being "floaty" ... its called 6 DOF (degree of freedom) so you can move your
sight Up-Down, Left-right, and leaning to both sides.
Maybe i should mention that i got a CH fighterstick, throttle and pedals.
And im absolutely sure its not a hardware problem since it all Works smooth as butter when im flying my MIG-21.:joystick:
BTW welcome back to the forums Ironhand .... still a big fan of your tutorials.
I can confirm that problem .... allso using "Attitude Hold" the plane starts Rocking left-right like a boat with wawes coming in from the side.:pirate:
I guess the problem has been (at least for me) that the latest update produced additional X- Z, and Y control settings for stick , rudder and MFD.
Try to check it out
