It's Microsoft problem in DirectInput, not BS problem, and we cannot fix it.

Ok. Screenshot that you have posted says this error has nothing common with BS, so logs are not needed, as they are the result of some other software error. I have no ideas what can cause this except mentioned versions, but we may try to find it (software that causes CD check) by seeing processes running when this error appears.

CPU affinity option is included in config files for 1.0.1 patch and we hope this will help you. Error on exiting MP game is fixed in 1.0.1 and we hope this fix will be available in official patch too.

Check if F7 key is assigned to other software, i.e. TrackIr utility.
