  1. Hi. The Spitfire is not easy to handle. Take off: difficult. Not burning the Engine: tricky. Landing...what the hell..! But the biggest obstacle ist to taxi the Spit. That you see nothing in front of you.. ok, but the heck is always swinging from side to side. You can do it SLOOOOOOOOW to manage it, but when you are ready to take off, the war is over. I love the Spitfire. And it´s her credit that i will afford the complete WWII theatre. But i hope ED will make her more comfortable to move on wheels. It would help if the Pilot could lean more outside on the left, when the door is open. So you could see better forward. And the rudder or the back wheel should center quicklier, when i release the wheelbrake.
  2. YES! Super Puma or CH-53
  3. Coastguard on Patrol
  4. It is a great idea. Remove the "Zoom out" at the begining!!
  5. Thank you! It´s nice to have. The immersion to RL is growing up.
  6. It´s a great idea. Outzooming at start is very annoying.
  8. The key ist patience!! Don´t sink more then 1-3 meters per second when you are moving slow. AND don´t make sharp turns when it´s a windy day without trimming the MI-8. Approach as deep as possible, cause sinking with no more the 3 meters per second ist a very long procedure when you altitude ist to high.
  9. DCS 2.0 Nevada is beautiful. Flying over Las Vegas is awsome. I´ve flown 1 hour over the Map and couldn´t stop smiling.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

    Curves

I don´t use curves. It´s all linear. No deadzone. I have an X52 Pro. It don´t need a deadzone. But I like the Huey and the Mi-8 most. There I need a bit of modifikation cause the Joystick is too short. It´s not 1:1 to the reality. Tried curves....to spongy. Tried saturation Y on 80% (Stick 100% = Sim just 80%) Feels better in slow moving, but is a problem when you need fullrange for flight maneuvers. Tried saturation X on 80% (Stick 80% = Sim 100%) Sounds contraproductive, but it compensates the short Stick lenght. For now it is my prefered setting. Now i can steer the Huey with minimal Force like a real Pilot. No need to move the Sticke like a vegas Onearmed Bandit slotmashine.
  11. In the video (that with the shaking dash) you can hear the Trimmer sound. Will we have the click sound again? In RL the MI-8 seems also making this sound.
  12. Pull the Stick a bit backwards AND to the right. Optionaly I use the Trimmer to hold this Position of the Stick. Push the right Pedal a bit, when you raise the collective.
  13. OK. I have done it wrong before. Open the throttle full, then close it to idle. Starting now the engine. Wenn then engine is running, open the throttle again. :smartass: The new thing is, the HOT Start is causing flames at the exhaust.
  14. I tried something different. I open the throttle just half way, then starting the engine up to 70 %. After that i close the throttle for a few seconds while the rpm remain by 70%. The exhaust flame is getting off. When i open the throttle full up there are no more flames. That will work. Is that the right way? I never done so before, so i will wonder if it is a feature.
  15. Hope this quick startup sequence is helpful. hueystartup.trk
  16. Got the same issue with the last Update 1.5.1. Flames don´t vanish but do no harm to the chopper. I´m starting the Huey correctly.
  17. In the latest Beta Update from the 11. November the nice green Top Windows are restored and the filthy Frontglas is realistic clean again. I´m very pleased with it.
  18. Happy to hear the Gazelle is ready for takeoff. Can´t wait for it anymore. It´s a first day buy for sure. I am following this project since the first official post. I was very pleased to hear that it got professionell with Polychop-Simulations. The Bo-105 ist a must have too.
  19. Hi. The windows are to filthy. It´s really to much. Please clean it up. And the upper windows are rotten dirty. I want the nice green windows back.
  20. OMG! Thank you ED. It sooo good. And lots more FPS. YOU HAVE ALL DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!
  21. I had the same Problem with the Proper neck Mod from Peter P.
  22. Habe ich, aber es macht keinen Unterschied. Die Soldaten verlassen nicht den Heli. Es ist schon ein wenig frustrierend.
  23. Ja, stimmt Einherjer. Danke. Ich habe es nur falsch hier hingeschrieben. Dort steht natürlich "disembark from" bei WP 2.
Was mache ich falsch? Der normale Funk geht ohne Probleme. Die Mission zum Video hatte keine eingefügten Trigger. Nur für die Truppen „embark“ bei WP1 und „disembarking from“ bei WP2. Ich habe auch alles Mods deinstalliert und DCS Repair laufen lassen. Trotzdem taucht kein F7 Descent auf im Funkmenü. Bitte helft mir weiter, ich habe schon graue Haare genug. :noexpression:
  25. Keep on the good work Fragger. I´m looking forward to the day, when i will start the engines of the BO-105. Every update is a happening in my life. Can´t wait. I´m so excited!
