  1. Hi @currenthill with the Iskander becoming part of the core game, is there any possibility in of integrating a decoy system into the missile in the near future? From what I've read, each Iskander missile carries six decoy devices.
  2. Maybe the one you saw in that video had some changes inside the Lua file to enable the DF-21 to shoot at ground targets, because, if I remember correctly, the original Lua file from Currenthill for the DF-21 is only an anti-ship missile.
  3. It a anti-ship missile, so you need to select "attack unit" or "attack group" not "fire at point" to make it work
  4. Even so, it’s still great to know that Iskander and ATACMS will be added to the core game but will the mod of PRSM still remain or being remove from your mod too ?. I’ve now uninstalled all mod from DCS 2.9.4 and waiting for the new version of both your mod and core game to release , since I’ve been stuck with the old version for too long. Now I have to uninstall and prepare to reinstall each mod one by one to avoid any issues or conflict.
  5. @currenthill Great to hear about the news! I have a question: now that the Iskander has joined the core mod of DCS, does this also mean that other mods with ballistic trajectories will work normally again? Because I'm still stuck with 2.9.4 "
  6. After 2.9.5 update we still don't know how to make a ballistic trajectory for missile mod anymore. The only way to make it work is to revert back to 2.9.4
  7. Thank you for your work. This might not be a bug but rather a difference between DCS version 2.9.4 that I’m using and the latest version. I encountered a small issue with the new Runway Lua file that caused the game to crash. Everything returned to normal when I replaced it with the Runway file you made last year.
  8. The small one is for someone that already have the older versions that want to update to the new, the big one is for people that new to Currenthill mods

  11. It okay, just take your time we can wait And Theoretically, CPS is a missile that uses a hypersonic glide warheads and not following traditional ballistic trajectory. Would it be easier to mod a cruise missile that flies at an altitude of 10-15 km at hypersonic speed? about the maneuver of Glide warheads, DCS likely does not currently have that feature yet, right ?
  12. It seem like Zumwalt has begun the process of installing VLS for the CPS hypersonic missile. Do you plan to add Zumwalt to the USA pack in the near future?
  13. Bledin has been offline from the forum for two months, so I think this mod has been abandoned.
  14. Check back some comments from Zahnatom; you will see that he posted Lua files that fix the Tamir missile. But if you already revert to 2.9.4 version you won't need it
  15. We just have some new close-up footage of the Zircon missile and some speculations about its design. Hope we’ll see it mod in DCS soon.

  17. I think it's not about the PC specs because all other mods still work very well, like the Currenthill assets or even Maddox and Sullivans in this pack. Only the FREMM II and the new Italia pack from Admiral have this problem.

  20. Hi guys I'm still using 2.9.4 and I want to ask Is there a new change in the texture file from version 2.9.9? because I’m encountering an issue with new mods don’t fully display it textures. The DD-731 nad DD-537 still display correctly, but the 445 does not, and the same issue also happen with new italy pack from admiral. Thanks You.
  21. You need to add UMPK CLSID to both BD3 and BD4 because BD4 is only for Python 4-7-9. the other is for BD3.
  22. That footage is impressive. I have made some change in the Trident II missile from Admiral's OHIO mod. Now, it can reach an altitude of 98 km, and its terminal speed reaches Mach 24. However, since Admiral's mod doesn't include the MIRV animation, it currently can only simulate the second stage of the missile descending to the ground. About making Russia ICBM I think not many people still use the old version like me, so it might be difficult for someone to spend time and create a Russian ICBM mod for an outdated version
  23. It a easy fix Just modifying a few line about in boost phase and the terminal speed of the ATACMS can be Mach 3.3. And do you have any data about the Iskander? Currently, I have set its terminal speed at Mach 5.8.
  24. I still using DCS version 2.9.4, so the ballistic like trajectory is still functional. I have attempted to make the ATACMS achieve a mid-phase flight altitude of 49 km and impact the target at around Mach 4 with an angle of 100-120° but can't do 90° in Terminal phase. Perhaps I will try about Kinzhal Trajectory However, all of this would violate the original Lua files of original authors. So, I only use them as personal experiments and will not redistribute.
