lol well considering the trackir itself is 99 cents, 30 bucks for shipping is not bad. Of course this price is going to go up by a lot as the auction goes on. It sounds like a good deal, hope you get a sale. But I already got a trackir 4.

well i did try EECH2 and it was horrible compared to the first one + mods. If you mod the first one, its 10x better than EECH2. But i stopped playing EECH too because....well, I beta test black shark lol. So i don't have to pretend its Black shark. but yea, i recommend you trying the first one.

are you sure it fully supports it, mine looks fine, but if you look really close, you can tell things are flatter than they are suppose to be. just take a look at the central fuel tank of the shuttle, it looks more like an oval instead of a circle.

aww its a bit shame that it doesn't support widescreen, there's nothing about it in the options menu but i can tell things look a bit fat like its squished.

yea sometimes the new drivers are horrible, its different for each user. So if 169.28 worked for you, I recommend sticking with that. The 170+ series also cased some problems for me, so that's why I stayed with 169.28

So this problem came up only when you updated your graphics card to 175.16? This did not happen with 169.28? If that's the case, you would need to try another driver.

I’ve been searching everywhere for these photos but can’t get in contact with the original photographer. You guys are also welcome to post some low resolution pictures and see if the rest of us could find the high resolution version for you. I can't really comment on the whole comparison thing, but I bet a quick google search you can find benchmarks such as Radeon 2450 vs 8400. But I do recommend getting the higher resolution screen, it does indeed look better.

get the GTX 280, the 9800GX 2 has a lot of heat problems. My friend already burned out his after a few months.

lol no problem. But I don't want to get your hopes too high because I'm running on an 8600 GT, yours will be the 8400 graphics card. I'm not sure how that will affect the performance. Its just something to keep in mind. Cheers and have fun with your laptop.
