Its very hard to map out the keys for the X-52 in the Lock On options menu. Use the software that came with the joystick, the SST software to create a profile. Its a lot better too.
-
No, but it was close though. Hats off to the excellent pilot
-
haha, awesome, Can't wait to try it.

I believe its an addon to MS2004 since it was made by Captain Sim. I wouldn't really recommend it, you pay just to fly around. No missiles or anything, so yea....

Sim-mod A-10 Problems - report here
SuperKungFu replied to SuperKungFu's topic in 3D Modeling for DCS World
That's shouldn't be a problem with this A-10, but Lock On Read in this thread, you can change a certain value and i think it should go away http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=21985 -
Those photos are beautiful. Is there any way to get higher resolutions of it? I think the highest I ever seen flickr go up to was 1280.

I was just wondering if any skinners out there would be interested in creating a new UI for Lock On to spice things up a bit. The one we have now has been the same ever since Lock On first came out! (excluding the one additional picture of the Su-25T added to the bottom of the main UI when FC came out). So I just wanted to throw this idea out there and see if anyone with photoshop would like this idea, and help me with this project. In particular, I was hoping someone would create a higher resolution UI or more specially, a widescreen UI since a lot of people are running on that recently. I'm currently using a modified version of the main, along with 2 small mod of my own: the loadout background and the loading screens This is what mines currently looks like now As you can see, it cannot compete with the awesome FUI of Black Sea Operation. But since that's not going to come out, neither will these FUI. So I propose we start our own thing. We have plenty of talented skinners around here. I have plenty of pictures and ideas, anyone care to help?

This is a rough translation: At the moment demands are so high for simulation aviation, which should be great adventurers or professionalisms to get started. So I think the emergence of truly high-quality model airplanes in the project will only from ED. Or not very reliable and not official from modernization.

Well I am helping the carrier fleet mod crew, but this is just for my own personal pleasure. It reminded me that I need some F-14 wallpapers. Thanks for the pictures though, I'll pass the link along to the crew.

Does anyone have any good high resolution pictures of the F-14 Tomcat? Ever since it retired, I thought a lot of people would take some good pictures of this bird in action, but I haven't seen any. I know of a couple sites that has some F-14 pictures such as http://www.news.navy.mil/view_galleries.asp http://www.anft.net/f-14/f14-photo.htm http://www.airliners.net/ Other than that, I haven't found any good pictures for a desktop wallpaper. Some pictures that I've been dying to have is the ones of www.planepix.com/ However, they only sell printed pictures and don't have any option to download high resolution such as these beautiful pictures Could anyone help me find some? Or send me some?

no stikemax continued to work on his Su-27 despite the fact he knew ED was working on their own. It was his way of raising the bar. unfortunately, work got in the way so he was too busy. I don't see him around the forum anymore so that project has considered to be stopped, along with the MiG-21 that he was also working on.
-
I think you should post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
-
well there was never a Su-33 project and no one (that I'm aware of) is currently working on one. As for the new pictures we seen Su-27, MiG-29...etc, those models are not a priority right now so they wont be finished for some time. But again that's also made by skylark of the ED team so that would most likely go towards future products, not Lock On.
-
No that is not normal, I believe a couple people had the same issues. My guess is that a line is not being entered into your graphic.cfg file. But please check the main walmis F-15 thread for the solution.
-
very nice tribute, we all feel honored :D
-
lol happy Bday Kenan, hope you have a good one.
-
Yes Walmis F-15 model is compatible with tatti F-15 fuel tanks Check your MEinit.xml file, to make the weapons line up, it should be these values Check my response here for more detail, note: my first response is referring to the stock F-15, and the other one is referring to walmis F-15 http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=25267

Your english is fine. I just want to give you a heads up that even though LOCFG will give you the correct 1.6 ratio, but if you go into your lock on options, it goes back to 1.3. Another way to can check is go into your graphics.cfg file in your Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Config folder and open it up with a notepad. Check to make sure the top two ratio is 1.6 resolution = {1440, 900}; bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6; Interface { resolution = {1440, 900}; bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6; } Simulation { resolution = {1440, 900}; bpp = 32; fullscreen = 1; aspect = 1.6; } AVI { resolution = {640, 480}; fullscreen = 0; aspect = 1.3333;

The widescreen shot you took of the Su-33, that doesn't look like its in the correct ratio. You should change Lock On into 1.6
-
DZ23-Hocician, glad you got things working. Just a question, I see you are running on a widescreen. I can't really tell if its running on the correct ratio though. Are you on a 1.6 ratio? Just checking.

Sim-mod A-10 Problems - report here
SuperKungFu replied to SuperKungFu's topic in 3D Modeling for DCS World
As of now, this seems to be the only solution. FC has a lot of problems with shadows being on full in the past. We looked back at our model and we can't find anything that could be causing it. -

Alright so if everyone ok with their installs? No more black cockpit because all you do it set the shadows to all panels instead of full. I believe I only heard of one person experiencing the weird cockpit position and that's tank242 so I believe it has something to do with his install/computer. We probably need more details from him in order to solve it. -

Yea FC had a lot of problems with full shadows, so its not only secluded to this A-10 model. Its best to leave it on all planar. -
