  1. Haven't used TARGET for dcs yet but I'll take a look
  2. I agree but the good thing is, ED does update quite regularly. The bad thing is, it seems the every update is 3 steps forward on some issues and then 3 steps back on others. BTW - thank you for your work on the missions
  3. Was wondering if anyone has an F15c TM warthog profile they'd be willing to share? Thx
  4. Great info. I needed the link as well
  5. Thx Gadroc. Didn't work the first 2 times but third times a charm. I replaced my export.lua file and followed your instructions.
  6. Since updating to the new version of DCS World, nothing I've done in the past to get helios gauges working seems to work. Iv'e restored the backup.lua file, created a new helios profile with interface, etc but nothing seems to work. Anyone else? Edit: Solved
  7. Custom Aces Seat Cushions- made from high grade (grey) material. Seat has 3" foam and back has 2". professionally sewn with zippers that will allow the seat covers to be easily washed if needed. 4 sets available @ $110.00 per set + shipping
  8. My warthog trim function is still changing my "view" around the cockpit even after deleting all view keys on every control device in the sim setup. Any ideas how to make it work the trim? Thanks :helpsmilie:
  9. Anyone know why I might not be getting more than 30 frames on this system with everything set to low and vzync etc turned off? Using 47" led as main & 23" acer TS. Both set at 1920x1080 I7-2600 / 16gb DDR3 SDRam / AMD Radeon HD 6770
  10. I see now what it was. Some of the image files Loz created are in their own folders and need to remain in their respective folders. My unzip I used unzipped ALL images into 1 file and that created the problem. Thanks again Gadroc for the awesome software.
  11. Thanks, Ill try that. I did try installing a clean copy of LOZ's profile and got the same result so my guess is that the image paths are correct?
  12. Im new to Helios and been getting this RED X graphic in place of my UFC. I've checked and all the graphics are in the \Documents\Helios\Images folder. The MAP function does this as well. Anyone else experience this? Thx
  13. Are you asking for FC2 or 3? This may be what you are looking for if its FC2 http://www.gadrocsworkshop.com/node/15
  14. I've just started using a 47" LED for my main screen and a 23" acer touch screen for HELIOS and its great......so far.
  15. Got it!
  16. Yea...if the wife ain't happy.... I started my PL training in high school and couldnt afford to finish but finally got it last year. I purchased this C172 in April of this year. Having a blast. My wife likes to "go places" so the plane makes trips a lot of fun.
  17. Thanks donbinator. I'm having a blast so far....it's my first pit. My wife asked me what my plans were this moring. I told her that I was going flying and that Id see her tomorrow. :pilotfly:
  18. I was having the same issue getting the gauges to work in HELIOS and "run as administrator" was the fix for me
  19. I also still need to print and install my decals on both the pit and seat.
  20. Thanks for all the comments and suggestions so far. The sim community at large is a great group of people who each bring their own gifts, talents, ideas & suggestions and make this experience even more enjoyable. I've made a bit more progress and just about getting all the loose ends wrapped up. Got the 47" LED installed, HELIOS up and running, my panels printed, etc. now just have to get the toggle switches in place and set and all the wiring for everything hidden away. I seem to have lost my HELIOS bindings once I update DCS World but that's for another thread. EDIT: I figured out I needed to run HELIOS as administrator and and click the set upain. All is good now Here's a couple more pics of my progress.
  21. Looking good so far. Is the wall panel material you describe primarily used for tub/shower surround applications? I'm just trying to understand a little more of what exactly it is. Thx - deacon
  22. Wood. I love your F18 pit. Do you have any plans for the build you could share? I'm wanting to build one. Thx - Deacon
  23. Gadroc. Pit is looking great. This may be obvious to the veteran pit builders, but what is the grey material you are using on your seat back and how did you form it to shape?
  24. +1
  25. Very nice Gadroc. Love the design. I think the 1/2" birch will be plenty strong and should work fine. It's what I'm currently working with on my pit and I've had no issues.
