  1. Thx wess. One little suggestion, add some AA maybe at the shortcut points with a limited range so if you overfly them they get ugly. At +-5:15 mark I take a short cut across the land away from the meandering river. When I did it I was thinking to myself 'I wonder if wess has sadistically put some nasty stuff down here' :p Look forward to MkII of the mission.

  4. Tried a bit of this myself a few days back. My target landing zone was the square gravel on the airfield, first one a bit short.

  11. Your throttle/power is not your collective Your throttle or power or as it is termed in the sim the Corrector, is always set to full, as it is governed. Only when there is an issue with the governor would you need to adjust that. So basically power is full all the time, let the governor do its work. The collective, the animation on the left side of your leg controls the rotor blade angle. As you increase it it will give you lift. I think you have the 2 mixed up. When you start your power should be full, rpm indicator in the green, the collective is at the floor. You gently raise the collective and you will get lift.
  12. Sry inverted what and why? rpm warning will go off if you decrease power, or apply to much collective that it lowers the rpm.

  14. I only got 50KB/s up and its running max. :blush: about 10 min till I have the complete file. Will seed it for sure, every 'little' bit helps hehe
  15. Yup, what I was eluding to. I think the huey module defaults at 30 for curves for cyclic, i have mine at 10 now on the hog hotas, found that less was better in my case.

  17. What curve are you trying to run Grenadey? Maybe someone else with the same setup can offer some input. Havent used a FFB stick in years but do the minor adjustments to cyclic (mainly) affect it that much?
  18. Indeed!!!! as with anything one does that requires some finesse. A little fine tuning on the controller front and a 'lot of practice' make the world of difference! :thumbup:

  22. Ok then, managed it a few times now, but it aint pretty. Tried the same with after I edited the mission in the ME to max out the load at 99% and I cant get back on terra firma in one piece from about 1500 :joystick: Sinks like a stone and cant keep my airspeed up without giving away precious altitude. Will keep at it.

  25. Can I ask, if you have a serious loss of power after take-off, is there an Alt sort-off range where you are certainly dead meat, before you could irl pull off an auto-rotation? edit: in the Huey?
