I did have this as well with my FFB2. The force moves it to the right. So the behaviour of the aircraft fits the stick position. It is a bug in the force feedback. But it does not happen all the time. Normally I have the problem only after switching on the AP. It seems to be there even with AP, and every time after switching it off.

When at night time, the extrem bright clouds are disturbing immersion a lot IMHO. You take off in the dark, entering the clouds it looks like you are back at day light, and climbing above the clouds the night sky is black again, but the clouds are lighted from above. They are as bright as on daylight.

You shouldn't need aileron. You can avoid that mentioned problem (too much rudder when tail lifts, which leeds to a sudden yaw to the right and conclusively left wing down) by not using tailwheel lock. You have to be a bit more concentrated at the beginning of T/O roll, but you avoid that mentioned problem.

Heinz did die some years ago (aged in the 80s). They stayed friends. The whole JG51 did meet as well every year, but in the meantime only very few are alive. Quax

Can't Activate the games bought on the sale

A german style stick (like MMaister´s) with brushless FFB, and i am in for any price ! You should feel ground bumps on the stick, as the elevator is moved by inertia (tail dragger). You are right about gun fire and engine vibs. BTW, there is a sim, where it is modelled exactly like this ;)

Damper and friction effects in force feedback for Black Shark
lion737 replied to average_pilot's topic in DCS Wishlist
i really like the friction and dampening effect, but without the original trim function I can't use it. Perhaps i missed something, but i guess it works instead of the original FFB function and the trim can't be used. -
Nostalgia for the Old Flanker Heads...
lion737 replied to Shepski's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
Flanker 1.0 was a thrilling experience. I still remember the first mission, where you flew along the costline for 10 minutes at 10 m height, then the jump over the hill, where the hell broke loose. You had only seconds to escape back over this hill - within that time you had to strike three radar stations ... good old times :) -
How to activate module BS2 after patch ?
lion737 replied to lion737's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
i had to interrupt the automatic update. Then i had to reinstall World - perhaps this caused the trouble. -
How to activate module BS2 after patch ?
lion737 replied to lion737's topic in DCS World 1.x (read only)
But i did this already and it worked with 1.2.3 -
The modulemanager shows only BS2 (BUY) and BS2 update (INSTALL). When I click install, it says I need to activate BS first. But there is no BS in the modulemanager :( How can i enter my BS serial number ? Would be kind of stupid, if i had to install BS from scratch, just to activate the BS2 update ??? BTW, BS2 module did already work with 1.2.3 !! So i did all the install already. It can´t be true, that i have to reinstall this senseless BS1 after every update ???????

How to unchain the rudder from trim
lion737 replied to PeterP's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Your script works and it is very easy to use now. So first thanks very much for your effort Peter ! I can fly BS again (...after 2 years break due to that damn rudder trim) - with FFB stick (and rudder pedals) it really feels realistic now. Nevertheless I still think, the devs should create the option to "unchain the rudder from trim" one day. -
I guess you never flew a heli and don´t know, what you are talking about  In the real Ka-50 the trim does not affect the deflection of the rudder pedals. It only reduces the force on them. As we don´t have any force on our sim-pedals the way DCS is doing the rudder trim is B....sh.t.

When I press ESC I can´t push any buttons. The mouse just don´t work on them. So the only way to get out is ctrl+alt+del. Anything i might correct, or does everyone have this prop ?
