  1. The marianas ww2 airfield freq do not work in presets, the carriers they do only in SP. The airfields do not in any.
  2. Thank you to point me to the manual. I did not realised we have on already for the corsair. What i read in the manual is "NOTE 1: As there is no correlation between the frequency range on the C-26 remote, the manual frequencies are set automatically at mission launch. Each airfield on the map will have a specific frequency. The frequencies are distributed in equal increments over the frequency range of the C-26 remote. The lowest frequency is always allocated to the aircraft carrier, if available. This is a convention specific to the simulator. So is s bit useless if you have several ships because they all take all frequencies. Even the enemy ships are emiting (is there anywasy to stop a ship from emiting?) If i want to use presets In Marianas WW2 I could not find specific radio freq for the different bases in the document (as the example in the manual which uses Caucasus map) I was trying to find them manually. Now I realised my mistake. I will try again with the presets, using 1 Khz increments and see if can find them. However, the presets do not work in multiplayer so tuning the manual radio to find where are we going is our only option.
  3. Ok. I am going to answer to myself. This are the freq I was able to get in Marianas WWII. AGA (190 - 440) Agana ORO (450 - 470) Orote AIR (480 - 510) Airfield 3 CHA (520 - 550) Charon Kanoa GUR (560) Gurguan Point Well, this is embarrising... now I am in a carrier in the middle of the sea and I get ROT (Rota) in freq 500. So i assume it will depend where you are you can get one or other, or I do not know.
  4. When in the corsair I can sintonice the AGANA (AGA) beacon in the radio. Are there any orther beacons?
  5. I would like to bind a key in my joy for the stopwatch to start/stop but I cannot see any on the list.
  6. Yes. tested today. Iw works if the C-26 is set to VOICE (and the C-38 has to be in CW)
  7. Module: F4U Corsair Issue: Radio navigation frequencies are only tunable via the C26 dial instead of using preselected channels in the ARR-2/C38 radio system. Description: In the current implementation of the Corsair in DCS, the navigation system does not behave as expected. I have set up two aircraft carriers: Carrier SE transmitting on 127 MHz AM Carrier SS transmitting on 121 MHz AM I configured the ARR-2 as follows: Channel 1 = 127 Channel 2 = 121 However, once inside the aircraft, it doesn’t matter which channel is selected via the ARR-2 — I can only receive navigation signals by manually tuning the C26 dial. The C38 control appears to have no effect at all. This behavior is incorrect. According to documentation and intended system logic, the ARR-2/C38 system should allow the pilot to select a preset channel to tune to the appropriate frequency for navigation. Manual tuning via the C26 should not be necessary for receiving carrier signals when a preset channel is active. Steps to reproduce: Place two carriers emitting on different AM frequencies (e.g., 127 MHz and 121 MHz). Set ARR-2 channel 1 to 127, channel 2 to 121. Enter the Corsair cockpit. Attempt to receive carrier beacons using C38 to select channel 1 or 2. Note that no signal is received unless the C26 dial is manually tuned. Expected behavior: The ARR-2 system should allow tuning to preset channels (via the C38 selector), without requiring the use of the manual dial (C26) to receive navigation signals. Actual behavior: Navigation signals are only accessible through manual tuning with C26. The ARR-2/C38 preset channel system appears non-functional. Example signals picked up via C26 (not ARR-2/C38): 190: AGA C → Agana airport 290: SS K → Carrier SS 560: SE N → Carrier SE (embarked)
  8. Sorted, Thanks!!
  9. The other day I got into a server and realised that once I had started the Apache, there were several targets (09) in the ATK screenof the TSD. I am trying to reproduce it in one of my missions and I cannot find the information about how to do it. Any enemy unit or group of units which I place on the editor is hidden in the TSD. I have check and uncheck every box, I set all different options in the units, placed an AWAC in the map... Can anyone please ilustrate me? What am I missing?
  10. If I make an allied or neutral unit start a radio transmission (set freq & start transmission), I can pick it without problem in my helicopter (tested with mi8 and mi24, but I guess is a general issue). If I change the same unit to enemy I still can track the transmission with the ADF but I cannot hear the sound file. If I revert the unit to allied or neutral, it works again. I tested this behavior with different units and in different maps. Same results. Is this intended or is it a bug?
  11. This bug is still there. I made a video in Spanish explaining it:
  12. I still have this problem today. Any answers?
  13. I am having problems with teleporting a group to a zone randomly: mist.teleportInZone('grupo1', {'zona1','zona2','zona3','zona4','zona5'}, true, 10) It works perfectly if I use the mist_4_1_61 but does not work with mist_4_4_90 On the other hand mist.respawnInZone('grupo1',{'zona1','zona2','zona3','zona4','zona5'},true,10) works perfect in both.
  14. Once i did the steps explained above (run the game with the throttle disconected and connect it once in the game) it has fixed itself.
  15. I have launched the DCS with the Warthog joy disconected: It worked. I then conected the joy and it works! I could even launched the target software.
  16. Ok, after disconecting all my devices, the "culprit" is the warthog throttle
  17. OK. i made it work disconecting all joys. I will connect back by one to see what the conflict is.
  18. Same result, different log. Now the error is in line 52 Utils.lua. dcs.log
  19. I think I have the same problem. I have deleted the DCS.openbeta folder but it did not solve it. i have also deleted and rebuild my missionEditor.lua, same.
  20. I have tried to delete the saders and the MissionEditor.lua but still does not work. I Know there are more users with the same exact problem but it seems noone has started a thread with this particular problem. This is what the log says: 2020-12-21 15:21:26.380 INFO UIBASERENDERER: Cannot load font [D:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\dxgui\skins\fonts\]! 2020-12-21 15:21:27.894 ALERT Dispatcher: Error starting Game GUI: [string "./MissionEditor/MissionEditor.lua"]:86: invalid order function for sorting 2020-12-21 15:21:27.894 INFO EDCORE: (dDispatcher)enterToState_:2 dcs.log
  21. I did not know that I had to go up in the mountains, and also, there is no indication to land on the bridge later on. making it specific throught the dialogues in game will make it more obvious.
