  5. Updated 4/23/12 This is my latest creation. Enjoy Mission: This is a SEAD mission. The AI will be doing the SEAD while the player will be CAS. The player will have to conduct low visibility operations. Player may have to execute SAM evasion techniques. Player must know how to conduct an ILS. Air to Air refueling might also be needed. Imputing UTM coordinates in the CDU is required. Situation: We are in long struggle with the countries around us. War has been declared and you will be a part of the first Operation. This morning we are starting Operation Raindrop. Our Intel has found three surface to air sites (SA11s) on the border. Operation Raindrop is a SEAD operation that will destroy these sites. Plan: The plan is easy. We are sending up a CAP flight to CAP the area, Then a SEAD flight to eliminate the SA11 radars. Finally a CAS flight of A10s to clean up the SAM sites. Operation Raindrop consists of the following flights: Chevy 1 (CAP) 2 F15s 77th FS 225.000 Colt 2 (SEAD) 2 F16s 77th FS 225.000 Hawg (CAS) 6 A10s 104 FS 225.000 =============================================== Hawg Flight: Takoff Time: 5:09 1. Take off behind the 77th FS. Proceed to waypoint one and hold until Sam sites are cleared from the 77th. 2. Once cleared, Clean up all three SAM sites at waypoints 3,4 and 5. Waypoint 3 = SAM 1 Waypoint 4 = SAM 2 Waypoint 5 = SAM 3 3. We have also just learned of an Ammo Cache. This is not on your flight plan. Its location is 38T ML65583394. 4. Waypoint 6 is the location of TEXACO if you need to refuel. Loadout: AGM65Dx2, GBU38sx2, CBU97x2 - 50%fuel Be cautious if you change loadouts. We packed you light because of the high altitude maneuvering. Mission Notes: ATIS - To get ATIS type ATIS in chat. Please only take off after 77th FS.   6. V1.0 is the original one that is just unziped. V2.0 I edited the mission file to get Russian coaltion to appear. I just hope it works. I also added the orignal version that does work in editor as miz file. What I need is 2.0 to miz file. I just hope it will work after I edited it. This was an old mission I am changing.   8. I tired using winRAR, Winzip and the one that is in windows. I am having no luck. What do you use Nate?
  9. I cant get this to work. I unziped mission and zipped it back up. Then renamed zip part to miz. But when I try to open it up in editor editor gets froozen on loading the mission. I did no editing yet. I tried winzip and rar. Any ideas?
  10. I did a mission and found out I had limited units because I only had insurgents for red. Im trying to add Russia to it so I unziped the mission and found this in the mission script coalitions = { blue = { [1] = 15, [2] = 13, [3] = 16, [4] = 12, [5] = 4, [6] = 8, [7] = 2, }, -- end of blue red = { [1] = 17, }, -- end of red }, -- end of coalitions After changing this how do I get the whole folder back to a miz file?   12. I tried making it so all clients had to be parked at base for mission to end. I tried it this way. Condition: Flag 50 true (all objectieves complete flag) Unit Speed less than 1, ford1 Unit Speed less than 1, ford2 Unit Speed less than 1, ford3 Unit Speed less than 1, ford4 Unit Speed less than 1, ford5 Unit Speed less than 1, ford6 This does not work unless all 6 clients are on server though. I use Grimes method. Give message to all mission is complete. If you use end mission action that only gets broadcast to host not clients.
  13. Yep, The AI are moving to the hangars with open doors it seems. When we start the mission it opens the doors to the hangars we start in. Then the AI comes back after they do their stuff and take the hangars we started in. Even its way out in the boonies on Vazani lol.
  14. Thats what I did and then they so I moved my aircraft. Then they parked where I moved. I will just make them land somewhere else.
  15. I have AI starting from ramp spots 1,2,3,4. My client flights are 10,11,12,13. When the AI flight that was in 1,2,3,4 comes back, They land and park in 10,11,12,13. I tried to move my flights but then the AI just parked in my new spots. When guys JIP they are spawning on AI because of this. Im also having an issue naming waypoints. If I have 4 client flights (ford 1-4) and name my waypoints SAM 1 and SAM 2 it works for Ford1 but Ford 2 it says SAM 3 and SAM 4 on his hud even though his flight plan in editor says SAM 1 and SAM 2. I deleted the names and now its doing the same thing but says msn1 msn2 for Ford1 and msn3 and msn4 for Ford2. Is this a bug?

  20. What is modman? My server runs fine and I have never had issues. I dont use modman though. I keep hearing about it though. Is it something from Lockon?
  21. I will look into the tanker when I get back from vacation. I did work fine earlier but I then added dynamic weather and the winds were pretty high. Im guessing it messed up my tanker a bit. I can fix it when I get back I was always debating putting in some other sams other then the IR sams around the cities. Like you said maybe a few of the task I could put a SA19, SA15 or SA6.
  22. When I host I can only have 6 as well. Thats why I make my missions with 6. Glad you guys are enjoying it.
  23. I use ground units as FAC in both of Operation Saturn and Pluto. Open them up and take a look. Worked fine for me. Both are available in the missions section. Never tried the Red coaltion. Also I dont think fac works on static objects.
  24. Latest Version 1.1 or 1.1S for Servman This mission takes after my Operation Saturn mission. It uses the same system setup, but from a different part of the map and different task. Operation Pluto V1.1: Situation Last week we have taken Krasnodar and the adjacent airfield. We are now conducting Operation Pluto. The area to the west, east and south of Krasnodar are hostile. Your A10s will soften the area for our ground forces. You will also have some help from the 22nd fighter squadron and the 159th CAB. Let them kill the SAMs in the area before getting to deep into enemy territory. This mission requires imputing coordinates in the cdu. Plan Your flight (Pontiac Flight) will take off and call JTAC Uzi. Type TASK or task in the chat to get tasking from UZI. JTAC UZI TASKING Type TASK into chat to get tasking from UZI. If you miss tasking, at anytime you can type TASK in chat to get the task. After a task is complete,when you are ready for the next task type TASK in the chat. Springfield (4 F16s) and Chevy (2 Appachies) will be doing SEAD to find SAMs and AAA in the area. We dont expect them to kill them all. Be careful and read note below. We also will have supply and reinforcement flights coming to the airfield through out the mission. NOTE: (Please read to avoid frustration) Populated areas on the map are known to have SAMs and AAA. Be very cautious around cities and towns. Flying low over any town or city might end your flight early.
