  1. No and No
  2. You are mistaken. I have not had time to make all of the 3d models The EWMU Brt knob is not complete it should have small flutes it in I made it for one customer that did not care
  3. No I would need to remake all of the molds, no place to do that at the moment all of my knobs and casting equipment are in storage several hundred miles away. I would all so need to purchase silicon and resins. That is why I set up the Shapways shop people can purchase one knob or a set for a panel. I carefully measure all of the knobs for the 3d modes If your supper concerned with realism or accuracy you can get the 4 of these you need off of eBay One for the left side fuel pane,l one for the SAS panel, Two for the Inter Ext light panel. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Raytheon-EHC-Illuminated-Felsenthal-Pointer-Bar-Knob-MS25165-style-1-4/172054807451?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
  4. You can Google on the Arduino 485 Master slave set up some here have had problems with it. You should plan on three master as far as I know Left center and right consoles. Yes I cast my real knobs in silicone molds to make resin replicas. The demand for knobs became so low that it was no longer possible to do it. That and you can't cast just one knob you have to mix so much resin for it to mix properly and set up. The only other option became making 3d models and putting them on Shapeways. Are they accurate ? as far as I know. I have not ordered a complete set and measured them with calipers. If I can not make a replica model I don't put it on the page for sale.
  5. It all depends on what you need to measure try to use that angle finder on an MIP and you will pull your hair out. Most of my measuring was done with a set of 12 inch calipers Don't tell me you bought all that A-10A stuff on eBay.
  6. Yes I have spent several Hundreds of dollars on digital measuring equipment.
  7. Hi unfortunately do plagiarism of some of my work I cancelled any work on a book and removed many of my pictures. It appears to be acceptable to many on the net to use any information posted here for home builders. To be used in their own commercial venture. People would ask me for all of my plans so they could build parts to pay for their cockpits. Needless to say they were shocked when i would say no. Others kindly informed me once some thing was put on the net it was free for any one to use any way they wanted so I no longer post specific information that I have had to pay for. This is the unfortunate truth of the Cockpit community for which I have take a fair share of scorn for standing my ground on this. At this time with the move and now a search for a new job I don't have time to sort threw pictures to repost some how there just is just not time for that. DO to the intrest of two member i have kept Spaeway site ope the link is in my signature
  8. Well your in the U.S so getting An ARU 2B/A (ADI) or an AQU 6/A (HSI) is possible on eBay each for some where around $300 is possible I have not seen any Simulator HSI or ADI in quite a wile making them work GS Rain and Hansolo are making head way in to controlling gauges with Arduinos real gauges I.E. 2 inches can be driven with air cores, servos or stepper motors the F-16 community has all ready prove that.
  9. Your building an A-10C how real do you want it to be? I would go with real your in the states and if you want a raised A-10C Main Instrument panel using a monitor behind it will be a pain. if you don't care flat MIP and a screen there ya go
  10. I have no Idea if I will do something like that or not
  11. for the control panels the mega and Nannos. for the stick throttle and rudders I will use a separate system from DCS Bios and the arduino system so not to flood that system.
  12. Connecting panels to Arduino and setting up a master slave system.
  13. You have no Idea
  14. Looking Great welcome to the dark side
  15. You misunderstood I would have been completely explicated about offering a grip. As i was about back plates. Those are for control panels. I don't have a throttle with me I don't have the grip I would need to know what switches you wanted to install. It would be a bit of wok
  16. I did not print the part and all my parts are a couple of hundred miles away at the moment.SO I can't take pictures at the moment. I don't understand your second sentence. "I know your just asking just about the part but I would pay extra for instructions with it "
  17. Converting an A-10A throttle to a C is not that hard unfortunately I can't post a photo essay on the things you need to do. Basically mount some Pots fro both throttle travels and switch the fron right push button with an otto 4 way T4 and a T5 for the Mic switch less than $40.00 each as I remember . A friend printed a new right side grip with a removable right side. Going to look ata maker space tonight may be possible to make some back plates out of aluminum there is any one wants some.
  18. Well done my friend congratulations on another break threw!!!
  19. Well guys just sold the house moved to another city and put the pit in storage It will be awhile before we get back to work on converting panels to arduion
  20. it would be nice to use something like https://hackaday.com/tag/head-mounted-display/
  21. and it went for a bat shit crazy price $3949.00 nutz
  22. So All good. no time to fix links that don't really matter.
  23. not really a bargain though many in correct instruments and panels the MIP is flat indicating this if from a first generation A-10 A trainer it would be a lot of work and money just to get it to a modern post LASTE NVIS A-10A let a lone An A-10C
  24. https://www.dvidshub.net/video/584159/blacksnakes-perform-close-air-support
