What happened with Abu Dhabi International? This is huge airport near Yas (F1 track which also isn't implemeneted and it's very interesting point seen from far above because of Ferrari World Theme Park in vicinity).

I've watched many Hornet's HUD tapes on YouTube and sometimes there is a dot in the middle of VV circle. Take a look at this: . Is it indication of ARM mode or something like that? I don't see it on stream videos of DCS Hornet. Is it only on the older F/A-18s?

First impression but it's not like every other reality TV show on MTV. Far from that. First and foremost it wasn't scripted – edited yes but not scripted. Me same. :)

Since most of the planned squadrons' skins are ready even the fact the team is still fixing the model why this can't be released early? Me personally (as a pro graphic designer) wouldn't mind to get it even in total mess with 500+ unnamed layers - I could handle this :). No problem either that some fixes could come later that will make me to put the corrections after again and again. I'm sure there are many virtual squadrons in need to get it earlier to celebrate the EA release with their own skins.

Purple tint isn't that bad but that second glass makes HUD much darker in half. This is really as it should be? Above photos ^ (nor last video on preview page) don't show that.

This is how Nellis AFB and Las Vegas look at night (01:00 AM, clear weather, graphic settings maxed out with deferred shading on): RWY 21 with city behind (you must believe me ;) ) Airbase and city from high above - top view is even worse. Lights are seen when you are really close to them...
