Number and position of rotors is usually quite a major VID. Hind = 5 + 3 with tail rotor on the left hand side. Black Hawk = 4 + 4 with tail rotor on the right hand side. (If I see it correctly). Then again, there could of course be variants (left hand / right hand drive ;-)??).

It's just that there is obviously a significant difference in the way that this information is displayed between different versions of Lock On and yet from what I can tell this change is neither described in the documentation or readme files. Does the change get referenced in the documentation or readme file? Is there a link to where this change is discussed? Regards.

I understand your problem. What you need to do is change this with the profile editor from a mouse input to a button input, and then use the following keys: Mouse Cursor Up = Target box up ; Mouse Cursor Right = Target box right / Mouse Cursor Down = Target box down . Mouse Cursor Left = Target box left , I was unable to assign it as the mouse for the target box but you can do it based upon up/down/left/right. Regards.

You can slow it's speed down through the Profile Editor. If it is configured as a mouse, then there is a sensitivity bar underneath and you can adjust the speed there. If you make a change you do need to load the profile to see the changes take effect. Regards.

I think that you need to backup the following folders contents. C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\PilotLogBook Of course I could be wrong....might be worthwhile to make a backup of the entire Lock On folder just in case. You can always restore the entire folder if there is a problem (so long as you have enough free disk space). Regards.

The file mscoree.dll is part of the Microsoft .NET Runtime Execution Engine. Make sure that you have .NET installed on your machine and you'll have this dll installed in /windows/system32 Regards.

When I bought my TIR3 with VE I received everything, reflectors, cap with metal clip, the base unit it's monitor clip and obviously CD and serial number to enable the VE option. If I remember correctly the cap and clip came with the Vector Expansion, and the reflector dots came with the TIR3 itself along with an outdated version of the software on CD and the clip for sticking to the monitor if needed. I then just downloaded the latest software from their website without using the original CD. Since I use the cap with the clip I've not had to use any of the reflector dots. Of course if you prefer not to use the cap and clip then I guess your only route would be to use the reflector dots in that respect. I don't recall having to pay extra for the cap or reflector dots. Of course if you need additional reflector dots then I guess you would need to buy them and if the cap is needed due to not buying the Vector Expansion option then that too can be bought I think).
