FWIW, when the shoot cue says "shoot", i pull the pew trigger and the rounds hit, I haven't seen an issue with lagging rounds.

Hello, Im not a genius at the mission editor and would like to know what vehicle or aircraft to insert to be able to give me laser designation and ground tasking. I though it it would be an E2 or E3 but see no drop down option to enable a FAC or JTAC task. Is it a ground unit that I should be trying to insert? Ultimately I just want some sort of laser designation for bombs and missiles. Thank you!

Just recently having replaced my warthog throttle I am remapping all my axis commands. Have they removed the Mustang Prop Rpm Lever command? What changed? I dont see it in the controls menus. Also I have recently returned to DCS after a brief hiatus so bear with me please. Thank you.

Thank you gentlemen. I found that I wasn't giving the ground crew enough time to crank the engine before pulling the start handle.

What am I missing? Pulling the starter handle spins the prop ever so slowly and the engine doesn't fire. Called ground crew, magnetos and boost pumps on and all breakers pushed in. Pulled the fuel primer a few times as well.

I found that I had to invert the wheel brake axis's. After that the K4 was much easier to control.

Am I going to have to buy/build a new rig to run 2.0? I know they said that the EDGE engine would be more efficient at rendering but I always take that with a grain of salt. My current rig is 3 years old and runs DCS just fine on all airframes. I hope I can expect the same performance in 2.0. I never mind getting new gear but also like to save money where I can.

Hi all, In the AA missile training mission I am having trouble getting the AA missiles to fire. Locked target up and tried RSHF+= to open safety cover then LALT+SPC to fire but the missile wont leave the rail. What am I missing?

Also for perspective keep in mind that when you raise the collective you are not only increasing blade pitch but the engine is increasing speed as well. This is why you have a near constant rotor RPM at most collective positions. You don't just get extra lift for free, the engine is always changing fuel flow to keep up with collective demands.
