See Black Shark FAQ: What if I run out of activations? Is there a serial numbers replacement? StarForce version introduced in DCS Warthog automatically replenishes one and only one activation in a month after all are spent. Eg. all activations are spent, a month passes and serial number gets one activation. When you spend it, the counter starts over again. It doesn't apply to Steam version of Black Shark at all. Steam version of Black Shark uses Steam DRM - we don't maintain it. Steam version of Warthog uses StarForce. So the statement about replenishing activations applies to it.

"dxgui Lua binding" may be reported as not responding and even temporary lock screen, reduce performance and cause a small hang up (on a weak PC). In any way it will respond later after it finishes its job. It can take up to 10 minutes (on a regular modern PC).

The matter is with the web site upgrade payment system was upgraded too. Serial numbers of the old payment system aren't displayed in My payments. Nothing can be done with that for now. Please just look for serial numbers in Downloads section. PS Wiki has became a little outdated already.

Owners of box version should provide serial number only. Please notice, according to our policies we replace only completely depleted serial numbers and only for legal owners. Thereafter your serial number won't be replaced for now. Consider contacting us when the number of activations of your serial number reaches the limit. There is a delay with tickets processing currently. In any way, all tickets will be resolved before weekend. We are working hard on it.

No, there is no sense to deactivate since installer knows nothing about activation and thus doesn't touch activation data.

pikas PikAs1 is your renamed account of DCS web site. It was renamed because your LO account used another email address and thus they weren't merged in one. So if one gets his login name with 1, 2 or even 3 in the end, please don't get surprised.

General advice is to recover password and login via password recovery form. I'll look for your emails. It's a good idea to enter one by one all emails to which accounts were registered to.

Actually there is no official SF 3.x driver for W7 (you have driver for Vista installed). So the old FC1 just doesn't support W7. Since the 3rd StarForce generation doesn't support W7 officially - nothing can be done here.

Please PM me the contents of crash file (or details of the error from Windows Event Log).

the possibilities are endless. :thumbup: and in my mind that's how it relates. You have dodged my question. Please keep on topic. An important issue is being discussed here. Consider creating another thread instead. A significant performance drop. FPS halves in 30 minutes or so. In some cases memory used by simulator.exe gets to 1GB and higher. We will very appreciate a track where this FPS drop reproduces. Make sure you have played it back on your PC and the issue reproduces with the track.

How is it related to the subject?

As far as I know this issue is fixed in the upcoming Warthog. But there is one more very similar issue recorded as unresolved yet (everything the same but without CTD). We are still unable to reproduce it. If you have a track with it which leads to CTD while playback, we do need it.

Actually we successfully communicate every day with our users who has comcast mailboxes. But the fact is, there are problems in email delivery sometimes (both directions). Regarding the serial number. Sticker with it should be on the back of the quick start guide (a small booklet). Otherwise please ask your friend to send a request with issue description to activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com mailbox.
