  1. Agreed.
  2. I'd put this wish in with the DCS FPS infantry module list as it would be the same mechanic
  3. I'm thinking the N used the same radar as the F-16A, so if you're going to ask for the N might as well as ask for the A as well.
  4. Wo ist ein Phantom?
  5. This would be cool to have. Another feature that I'd like to see to go along with this would be Agressor mode AI. The idea here is that once we get decent flight models for the AI, we'd have the option for agressor mode. For example if we have an F-5s flying as agressors we would have the option to have the AI to fly them as close to a different plane as possible. You combine training mode and agressor mode then in your Red Flag campaign would be quite realistic since you'd have F-5's limting their turns to match the MIg-21 or 23 and they'd just RTB when shot down (Though in real Red Flag they will often fly back to the tanker then comback again simulating a new flight taking off)
  6. ED has a lot to do,
  7. I assumed that is what the thread was about a block 30 in a ODS configuation. I figure Ideal the F-Teens modules should have had 3 maybe 4 variants . An early A, an early C (Desert Storm Configuration), and a late model C (early 2ks variant we have). I get that might not be possible to do the multipack.
  8. When we finally get decent flight models for the AI and better AI, I would love to have an option called "Aggressor mode" where the AI tries to mimic another aircraft using the current one selected. This won't be a flight model swap where you are flying against a MiG-21 that looks like an F-5 rather you would have and F-5 with a pilot trying to keep things with in the paramaters of a MiG-21 in as much as possible with an F-5

  9. Getting something good enough for DCS is going to be a lot easier to do with an AI only module than it would be with a flyable module.
  10. Then technically we might have 3 in the works. The original Wild weasel was the F-100F they didn't have ARMS so they attacked sams with cluster bombs. They were retired as Wild Weasles very early on, my dad started EWO training in the summer of 1966 and the Hun had just been retired as a Wild Weasel. We have a single seat Hun in the pipe but some of the code could be reused EF-4C they were converted towards the end of Rolling Thunder of course we have the F-4E which were converted into the F-4G I didn't say we had a weasel in the pip just the base aircraft used for weasels in the Pipe and we have the F-100
  11. I brought it up here-
  12. The EB-66 and EA-3 had a crew of 7. So even if all the information needed was open source, any module would require the AI to do most of the lifting. Which is why it would make way more sense to use that to improve the AI. The best I think we could get would be the Wild Weasels. They were two seaters on the blue side we have the base aircraft for one already in the game and another in the pipe.
  13. We discussed Wild Weasels here. We have two discussions about the F-4G here I'm skeptical about getting full EW or Wild Weasel module. However I don't see why we couldn't have these planes as AI assets. We'd need a better EW modeling. I'd love to have the EB-66 and EA-3 for Vietnam era missions
  14. The state of international weapons just leaves me sad to be honest. I strongly believe that DCS's future lies in the past. It's probably impossible to get the data for a Super Flanker or Super Fulcrum but we could proabbly get the information for World War and older cold war from various museums. I'm happy about the line up we have in the middle east- I change my statements about the Flanker being possible unles someone can point to something official.
