Hey NineLine, I've been patient as, you know, and as helpfull as I can be. If you guys want to pick up their slack, then do it. Don't go into forums that you've ignored for two years and expect the community to clean up the mess they created. I want that thread reopened. I will clean up the OP, but I will not breakout every one of those gripes, just to have tea_cipher ask for a track file or a video for key binding. Your expectations thrust upon the community is outrageous. p.s. Can expect any answers to the questions I put forth?

Just what I thought. We're going to have to sift through three years of gripes, and go through it all over again. Razbam has this list. =Decoy= reported it. It was put on their Bug Tracker and listed status as working on it for 2 years. Ask them about this. If they claim not to have it, THEY ARE LYING!!! Why are we going through this? Because ED doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to hold Razbams feet to the fire. Their future license deals should be canceled!!

The defenses offered up and the taking over of bug tracking /communication ,is pretty bad. But rewarding their abysmal performance with Release, is betrayal. Especially the way it was done. I don't want a refund. I want the plane. I want Razbam off the project. EDs Third party scheme is obviously flawed. I lost my rear end on the Hawk and I don't intend to that again. Ed never made that right and I fear the same down the line. Razbam is not big enough to do the work the scale demands. Maybe as contractor responsible to ED, but not as a vendor responsible to us, the customer base. We can holler for refund, claim no more purchases, but they don't care. They are primarily a training products company. Let them go do that. As a Third Party Vendor on DCS World they are terrible. You have to agree...

Repeating the mantra over an over again doesn't help. Every time you post it makes me think "Out of early Access but is in product suspension." I can see your loosing patients with this thread. I've lost patients with Razbam, Prowler, and Zues67, a long time ago. Where has ED been for the last two years? One look at the Bugs section would revealed a complete lack of competence to track, communicate, and resolve bugs. What did ED do when Razbam left the forums, for Discord and FB? Anything? Why does the support link, on the ED store page for the Harrier still link to these forums? They aren't using them. Why don't you post the criteria for getting out of EA? To me the term "Feature Complete" seems hollow, is unhelpful, and is miss leading. I would like to see for myself what boxes need to be ticked. If it sounds like I am second guessing EDs decision in this matter, I am. I have lost faith in EDs ability to protect its customer base, mostly minors, from predatory business practices in the guise of software development. Two years ago when the pitch forks came out. BigNewy, NineLine, Wags , and others kept repeating the same things. "It's and Alpha", "It's Early Access", and oldie but a goodie "If you can't deal with slow development, EA is not for you". The result: A call for patients and understanding. A Community Manager (=Decoy=) assigned Razbam Bug Tracker And a burst of activity. Short lived as it was. But patience was rewarded. We got a pilot body out of it. No seat adjustment, but the body. Ed please answer the questions I put forward above. If only restore the lost confidence and offer the transparency so lacking in the decision. and I didn't use any veiled profanity. Ya me!

Why can't we get a seat that adjusts? We got a pilot body. We got a "Seat Adjustment Switch". The switch works with with the mouse, but the seat does not adjust. How is my spiffy pilot going to get comfy, if he can't adjust his seat. Wellllllll, we'll just slip that on to bug list. Am I to understand that Razbam will only work bugs that ED tells them about? WTF! They already had bugs dating back to Dec 2018 that =Decoy= reported to them and they had on their Bug Tracker. How long is this process going to take? JC on a short stick! Why don't you just do the work for them. Cut out the middle man. Doesn't ED have enough work to do on their own Modules? You need to tell them to get it fixed on their own or forget about releasing anything else on the DCS platform. Take the Modules and finish them your selves. Other wise you'll right back here in a six months to a year when progress stalls again. Razbams behavior over the past two years and EDs hands off attitude toward Third Party Devs has led us to this spot. I intend to be very active in the bugs section over the next couple of days and I'm holding ED responsible for this as we all should. And a plea for someone to start a thread listing the missing features is taking a piss. How the hell am I supposed to know whats missing or not without a manual to reference whats supposed to be there and weather it working the way it's supposed to. News flash, "many of us are not Harrier pilots!", we need the Razbam Manual. They should have been working on it since day one. This day was coming, right? Quit honestly, it’s not the community bug tracker that’s the problem. It’s the lack of follow through on Razbams part. I see over in their discord that they say it’s out of date. Where are all the fixed/resolved tags in the bug reports? If resolved the bug the CBT would’ve noted it on spreadsheet. BKthunder wasn’t stupid

OK, we now know what it doesn't mean. Can you describe in detail what it does mean? Because it still seems arbitrary. Not to mention rushed. I don't remember seeing anything about AV8B coming out of EA. I would have expected to hear something. I get the news letter. I follow the YTers. It's deafening how quiet this has been rolled out.

This whole idea of "complete" leaves me wondering exactly what is the criteria for "complete"? How many bugs are you allowed? How many systems do you need complete? The whole system seems a bit arbitrary and insulting to my intelligence. If you have a system for making the determination weather a Third Party Module is ready for release, put out there. I'd like to see what I can expect on the next update.

Not to mention the missing, broken key binds that have been reported, reported, and reported, since it's release!!! And please don't feed us that line about complexities of software development. It is tired, old, and just an excuse for not getting the work done. For christs sake, there's an entire thread devoted to work arounds for missing key binds. They work. I would think a manager worth his salt would put an intern on it, and get it done. A "Study Level" sim, costing $70.00 US, should not be released with missing key binds. That's just lazy. The EHSD Course knob still doesn't have Clockwise and Counter Clockwise key commands despite being reported December 2018 along with a whole host of other encoders. Were talking about rotating a knob that in turn rotates a line on the EHSD. Not ground breaking. It some what works with with mouse, so the delay is perplexing to say the least. You and others may not like my tone. I don't care! My tone is the result of several years of "I'll talk to the Devs", "We're working on it", and "You don't understand the software business". After years of being shined on by "Community Managers", I'm severely pissed.

Absolutely right and correct. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess I always use TEMPO for long presses and just never think of it for the quick double tap. Thanks for reminding me of the basics.

Anyone got any ideas for a function to have TARGET recognize a rapid double tap on a button? Looking to add an on the fly switch of functionality without changing Layers.

Would the implementation of this require I use a mouse for cockpit control with my HMD? I have mouse buttons mapped to my controller so I just look at the switch or button I need to use. I don't want to loose that ability.
