As per my last announcement, it will be coming on later today, and as mentioned we'll only be collecting a very small number of orders to start with.

How so? We just can't accept a huge number of orders right now and as it's a new platform, we need to go through the entire process with a manageable amount of orders. It will be naturally scaled up over the coming days and I'll post an announcement when it's running full time. :thumbup:

They're getting toggled on and off each day as we collect (very) small numbers of orders. This is so that we can go through the entire process with the EU/Amazon platform and ensure there are no issues. Also due to the demand we're experiencing with orders just from http://www.virpil.by, we need to be realistic with any extra demand we can handle at this precise moment in time!

This was a popular user mod back in the Oculus DK1 days. You of course sacrifice sharpness when using a diffuser, so it's definitely a compromise rather than a complete fix.

I should be able to whip that up for you :thumbup: - please bear with me though, it's still a bit frantic over here trying to catch up with demand!

This is definitely what we'd recommend. Don't put all the mounting stress through the external housing!

It is not recommended to mount using the underside screws of the aluminium housing as these are not designed to be load-bearing. Instead you want to mount to the rear side which has 4 bolts connecting straight to the gimbal housing providing far superior mounting strength.

Of course I want to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, so our resources (both staff and stock) must be allocated in a way that does not degrade the service received!

Sorry TheBamse, there was an announcement over the weekend on our website! Due to the continued high demand through the virpil.by web store, we've delayed the opening of the Amazon store until later this week. This will be the final delay regarding the Amazon web store but it will help us ensure all our customers get the best service possible. I'm very excited to launch the Amazon store, but we do only have limited resources (both staff and stock!) to deal with the high levels of demand we've been experiencing as I'm sure everyone can understand! As I said, this is the final time we'll be delaying the Amazon store launch, so I look forward to seeing everyone on there at the end of the week :thumbsup:

Hi dburne! The stick should still return to center on its own on the soft springs unless you loosen the spring tensioners off significantly and use a large extension!

►VIRPIL Controls on Amazon Update As previously announced, the VIRPIL Controls Amazon store is now completely set up and ready to go! However, as some existing customers are aware, we are still catching up with the unexpected high demand for our products with orders from the virpil.by webstore. Demand on the MT-50 Flightstick/Base has been much higher than we anticipated, so we're still playing catch up on those. I believe we should be caught up with demand by the end of the week :thumbup:

At first you can order it from Amazon.UK - it will be exactly the same as if you had ordered it from Amazon.IT :thumbup: Amazon.FR, Amazon.DE, Amazon.IT and Amazon.ES will be coming later this week when translations etc are sorted. As mentioned ordering from Amazon.UK will be exactly the same for the time being, just the listing will be in English. :pilotfly:

Very glad to hear you're happy with the resolution dburne. :thumbsup: For further clarity, we offered dburne a number of solutions and ultimately let him decide which worked best for him. Hi Don, I'm really sorry to hear you had a bad experience changing your cams which has resulted in the untimely death of your VPC MongoosT-50 Base. I've received your email regarding the issue and I promise you we'll get you sorted out with this and flying with the MongoosT-50 again! I absolutely urge anyone who is having any issues though, to contact us directly before performing any sort of home-surgery! Hi kingpinda, if your cams looked like that one other users then they are still incorrect! Can you email sale@virpil.com with your order number and note about this again and I will personally ensure this issue is resolved for you and you are happy with your VPC setup!

I've got some great user photos to share with you guys; first up we've got a great example of some creative implementation of the VPC Desk Mount from one of our Russian users, really shows how versatile these mounts can be! This is a direct mount to an Ikea chair with the TM 16000M: Next up, Wasserfall has modified his MT-50 grip with RUS button labels and realistic button colour scheme - it looks great! What does everyone think of the Russian button labels??

Hi Don, I believe that's down to your local courier which takes over the delivery after it passes through your country's import office. I know some users reported not being available but the delivery was still made. Hope you get your hands on them soon!

The real life controls doesn't feature a dual stage main trigger, but it is used to disable AP.
