► VPC Pre-Order & Production Update Once again we would like to confirm the current pre-order production status with the community. As stated in our last announcement - we had tentatively scheduled the dispatch of our new pre-order products on the 9th July. While we are happy to confirm that production has already been in full swing and we are now right on the cusp of sending orders out for dispatch. While we unfortunately won’t be able to start dispatches tomorrow, packaging and final preparations have begun. VPC WarBRD and Constellation Delta pre-orders should be in the courier’s hands by the next week (starting 16th), with MT-50 Throttle pre-orders following shortly afterwards. Now - we understand the frustration with a delay of any scale. So with this extra time, we’ve actually been working on an additional gift on top of the previously offered dust cover/discount code. We’re pleased to confirm that due to many requests from our pre-order customers, we’ll be including a set of specially designed cosmosim cams for all VPC WarBRD pre-orders, completely free! The WarBRD cosmosim cams will be available for future orders as a separately available accessory. ►VPC Pre-Order & Production Update We would like to keep everyone updated with the status of our pre-order products and production, so today we’re pleased to share some new photos and news directly from our new production factory! We’re happy to confirm that everything is currently moving forward as planned as per our last announcement. The VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle, VPC WarBRD Base and VPC Constellation Delta Grip production is in full swing at our factory. The first serial units have already moved off the production line! The VPC Constellation Delta has undergone some final changes based on real world testing including; newly designed hats that are more comfortable to use and prevent accidental inputs. The hat mechanism itself is a very high quality unit provided by ALPS which provides excellent feedback. The secondary fire button beneath the main trigger is also now recessed to prevent accidental inputs. We’re very excited to get these products in everyone’s hands and we’re standing by 9th July as the beginning of pre-order dispatches. We must thank everyone for their patience during the time we’ve spent setting up our factory which had unfortunately slid everything back from our first estimates. However, the future is very bright and as everything comes together we’ll be fully equipped for future product launches! Hi all! Regarding PayPal - this has been temporarily disabled now that Braintree (our main card payment processor) is working again. PayPal will be enabled again further down the line. Also, any one who has pre-ordered the VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle that does not like the knurled grips, we have made a limited run of smooth handle grips. ► VIRPIL Controls Webstores Update 17/04/2018 After launching our new webstores yesterday, unfortunately we experienced some issues both on the EU and Belarusian sides of our stores. First, we would like to clarify the new stores and what they are intended for: http://www.virpil.by - This is our Belarusian webstore intended to serve our EuAsEC customers only (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia). The prices shown here include Belarusian VAT (20%). http://www.virpil-controls.eu - This is our new EU webstore and warehouse based in Lithuania. This store can only dispatch to EU customers. These prices also include EU VAT, and orders will be delivered directly to your door rather than requiring customs clearance. http://www.virpil-controls.by - This is our main webstore, again based in Belarus. However it is intended to serve all other customers around the world not previously covered by the previous two stores. The prices shown here are listed without any VAT to ensure our international customers get the best price possible. Any orders (as was previously) will pass through your country’s local customs office and may be subject to additional local taxes. Secondly we’d like to update the status of our new webstores: Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with our payment gateways on all webstores. Our http://www.virpil.by and http://www.virpil-controls.by webstores were using our existing ASSIST payment gateway integration as we’ve done previously. Unfortunately they have encountered to system issues which they are working to resolve ASAP. These issues are: There are difficulties accepting payments from certain countries as reported by our customers. The exact list of countries affected is being clarified and we hope to have resolved with ASSIST within 72 hours. ASSIST’s Mastercard 3D-Secure validation is currently being worked on - as such they cannot process these cards for the time being. We will be updated with news regarding this ASAP. There was also a bug where attempting to register on http://www.virpil-controls.by redirected to http://www.virpil.by instead, causing some confusion. This has now been fixed. Our EU store also encountered a hiccup with our integration regarding the ease of order placements. The EU store is running an entirely new platform which we’re working hard to resolve as quickly as possible. We would also like to request patience from our customers regarding support tickets - due to the issues stated we have been overwhelmed with messages which we are working very hard to catch up with, on top of getting our sites back up and running 100%!
