  1. Correct! Fire! :gun_rifle:
  2. Jörgen “Troll” Toll has just shared his review of the VPC MongoosT-50 Flightstick over at Mudspike, check it out! http://www.mudspike.com/vpc-mongoos-t-50-review/
  3. I personally own the BRD-F3 Pedals. Absolutely fantastic. They also have combat-style pedals
  4. Excellent! Really glad to hear the new cams are working well  Send me an email over to support@virpil.com and I can help get you sorted :)
  5. Hi Merlin, Glad to hear you're enjoying the MT-50 Flightstick! Regarding this issue, it's typically caused by some types of USB hubs. Are you using a usb-hub? If so can you test without it just to check?
  6. Hi 98abile, Yes I would agree that those cams are not acceptable and I'm not expecting you to stick with them. Can you send me an email to sale@virpil.com with your order number and a note about this, I will get you another set sent out right away. I'm also looking into the issue with the team. I'm glad you're happy with everything else so far though! We'll get this cams issue sorted don't worry. I want to emphasise to everyone that if you're not happy with anything regarding your VPC products, including your cams, replacement cams etc, email me and we'll get it sorted! We will not leave anyone unhappy with their order!
  7. Hi kingpinda - I'm glad it's sorted now! Yes your new cams set should resolve that remaining noise you have. How are you finding the MT-50 otherwise? :pilotfly:
  8. Replied :)
  9. I've spoken with the team and the screw you're referring to ensures the sensor rotates with the stick (as Vladinsky said). If there were an issue with this, the joysticks axis response would be all over the place! So it seems like you just need to tighten up the cams. Also as mentioned your new cam set will be dispatched ASAP (I just need you to send me your order number as requested by email!)
  10. kingpinda, could you try re-tightening the cam screws just to confirm?
  11. Hi, they're posted on the product pages as well as stickied on the VPC Hardware Forum. We're currently adding a Support page to hold everything. https://virpil.by/en/shop/grips/vpc-mangoost-50-grip-vpc https://virpil.com/en/forum/vpc-hangar/86-vpc-mongoost-50-base-quick-start-guide https://virpil.com/en/forum/vpc-hangar/85-vpc-mongoost-50-grip-button-map-template Glad to hear it's all sorted now and you're enjoying the MT-50! Hi Kingpinda, I've replied to your email already but I'll summarize here as well: 1. Cams are a known issue - we'll send you out a new set of cams ASAP. 2. I haven't heard of this wire causing an issue before - I'll look into it with the team but from what I understand you've resolved it yourself satisfactorily? 3. The MT-50 requires no lubrication. Please don't spray anything onto the MT-50! Please! 4. This is potentially the issue - I had forwarded this on to the team and I'll get an answer for you ASAP!
  12. It's normal, nothing to worry about :) Also great mount! Let us know how your first flights go!
  13. I'll have to check myself when I have time, it was a very old image (February I think) so a lot has changed since then. The MT-50 Grip Manual and Base Quick Start is posted on the site already. The priority at the moment is our own products, but I will work on adding your requests to the site as soon as I can :)
  14. Glad to hear you got them swapped over okay! Regarding that image, that is if you use the MT-50 grip on the TM Warthog base! I will create a new button mapping template for the TM Warthog grip on the MT-50 base :) I did upload it ;) But remember those ID's are for the MT-50 grip on the TM Warthog base! I will confirm with our Electronics engineer, but I believe how it is now is how it will stay
  15. That's great to hear! Glad you're having a good time with it. I've used the TMW Grip on the MT-50 base and you just need to eyeball the alignment before you bring them together, and as long as you don't force anything, it will just drop into the connector under it's own weight. Also detaching it again is no problem!
  16. Don't worry, there will be some high quality how-to videos available soon
  17. It may be easier for you if you change the cams while the mechanics stays inside the housing (i.e don't remove the electronics board from the front that LeCuvier said he had issues with!)
  18. Hi LeCuvier, We're already received a lot of feedback regarding the pre-installed cams. Units are currently being assembled with the soft-center cam by default :)
  19. Just so everyone knows, the replacement cams are going out tomorrow!
  20. The "rough" cams were a faulty batch from the factory, we're replacing these with newly revised polished cams  I'll leave other users to respond to your other points though as I'm sure my opinion on the matter would be biased! :pilotfly:
  21. 150mm-175mm would give you the most accurate replication of the flightstick stroke length found in the Su-27/MiG-29
  22. Don't worry, we'll be getting it all added to the support page soon! :) No problem, if there's anything else just let me know!
  23. Hi LeCuvier! I'm glad to hear you've got your hands on the on the MT-50 now! The inconsistencies mentioned have since been updated as this was based on older plans for the MT-50 grip. Also I'm pretty sure all "POV" hats are 8-way, diagonals are achieved by a combo of 2 directions! Regarding the button IDs, I posted a template for the button ID mappings a while ago. Button 6 is on the index finger switch on the side. Regarding the brake lever axis, can you email support@virpil.com and we'll get this sorted out for you. Cams: 1 Dot = Hard Center 2 Dot = Soft Center 4 Dot = No Center Springs: White = Light Blue = Medium Red = Heavy I hope this helps! Let me know if there's anything else I can help with
  24. Hi Nash, There are a few parent platforms; Amazon US, Amazon EU (UK, DE, IT, FR, ES), Amazon JP, Amazon IN, Amazon CN. Initially our storefront will be on Amazon EU, and we'll be expanding to Amazon US next in the future. Selling on each of these parent platforms requires a separate account and products aren't mirrored automatically across these platforms as you said (they can be mirrored across UK, DE, IT, FR and ES however as they're all in the Amazon EU parent platform). However, it is up to the seller to define where the products are available to, so while you won't see our products on amazon.in (from what I understand, as a 3rd party seller you must have locally owned business to register on Amazon IN), you will absolutely be able to order our products from Amazon EU sites with no problems as we ship worldwide. Thanks for the well-wishes!
  25. Well those are all just different front-ends (languages) for the same platform (Amazon EU). Initially it will just be in English, but this will be accessible to all EU countries (well worldwide really).
