Yep having some strange anomoilies with this version from aircraft doing wierd things after recording an online multiplayer track, and CTD`s.

You need to have a chat with 169th_Mustang. Never seen anyone like him have so many kills in the SU27. Ask his opinion about the Flanker.

You have a point to a degree and that is it helps the new guys and i`m all for that. But my tip for you is to download the maps and get familiar with them that way, or get familiar with them in single player mode. Because what people don`t seem to understand is that with the map view on, it can be exploited and used to cheat. This will have an even bigger effect on the new guys because someone could be using it to vector their team onto you. Now if that kept happening how would you feel? Pretty pissed off no doubt. Before you know it the new guys that started to come into Hyperlobby go and find something else to do like IL2 or something like that because they feel that all that happens is as soon as they take off they are getting hit. Trust me I`ve seen it happen and you will get very dispondent, very quickly. So to the new guys I would suggest that you think very hard before posting. Learn how to use HSI its easy. You do not really need to be that familiar with the maps so long as you know how to use waypoints and the HSI. If any of you see me on Hyperlobby give me a shout and I`ll show you. I will also show you how to IFF correctly too and many other things. But the Map view has got to go.

Outstanding answer!!!!! I`ve been flying around in Lock On for years and I only know where a hand full of airfields are. Because if you use your HSI it gets you back if the waypoints are set. MAP OFF. There is a kneemap MOD that shows the areas I think its on the Iron Angels website.
