В РЛЭ (http://tldrify.com/buc) как-то ничего не сказано про технику бомбометания с пикирования кроме положений тумблеров СС+РУЧ+Б. Какой надо держать угол пикирования? Какую скорость? Какая высота сброса? Есть ли смысл бомбить в режиме ГИРО+АВТО? Как в этом случае будет вести себя прицельная марка? Нужно ли включать фиксированный луч на радаре при бомбометании?

Mig-21 simply does not have CCIP capability.

Bombing CCIP appears to still work in auto+gyro mode. Which is wrong. I wonder how long it will take them to fix this sorry ASP already. All this procrastination starts pissing me off.

I concur. Even though the long awaited AA rangefinding feature has finally been implemented, the aiming appears to be highly inaccurate. This mode of aiming is supposed to be applicable within 600-2000 m. interval. I tested it from 600 to 1100 m. And the bullets keep overshooting an IL-76 flying in a straight line even at distances closer than 600 m. ASP distance scale indication is inaccurate too. The needle moves according to 1-9 km scale for AA missiles, when it should indicate distance on the 400-2000 m. scale.

В английской ветке довольно много казуалов озвучивали желание пользоваться однокнопочными командами на действия типа вкл-выкл. Вот и "добавили". Срач поднялся сразу же из-за исчезновения нормальных настроек. Кобра обещает запилить все удаленные настройки обратно.

It says here that bombing is supposed to be performed in manual mode where the pipper is fixed. But this section on bombing is somewhat lacking in detail. They mentioned rated release altitude and dive angle but didn't bother to specify the concrete values ((

So glad that I have the BRD-DS nonFF stick, I can fly the Mig (and the other planes) on the edge of the envelope all day long without stalling!:P

Ну это то, как сейчас работает АПС. Чтобы иметь возможность целиться на расстоянии более 500 метров (как сейбр) приходится захватывать цель радаром. Может расскажете как это работает ИРЛ?

Я про ту шкалу что по посередине. Обведенный прибор, насколько я понимаю, должен показывать расстояние до цели передаваемое целеуказанием с земли, т.е. в нашем случае ничего не показывать. Хотя не уверен на этот счет. Поправьте кто знает.

Я бы озвучил, если бы знал. А пока заметил только несоответствие дистанции маркера цели той, что показывает АСП на шкале когда воздушная цель находится в захвате для пушечного огня.

В АСП добавили связь с дальномерной функцией радара для наведения прицельной марки на неманевренную воздушную цель при стрельбе из пушки. Убрали аркадную прицельную марку для бомбометания. При захвате цели тепловой ГСН прицельная марка никуда не дергается - только звук в шлемофоне. Можно озвучить список недоделок которые еще остаются в АСП?

For me the brake axis starts working only after pushing the axis controller (right toe brake) to its limit.

AA gun radar ranging is supposed to work reliably no closer than 600 m. and no farther than 2000 m. There's no CCIP bomping pipper in real mig-21. That was just an arcage gameplay cheat. I didn't get around to doing AG guns, but AG rocket aiming seems to work fine.

I just deployed it using the pinky button on my TM Warthog trottle. This time I did pay attention to L/G lever position trying not to waste air pressure.

А вот я в восторге от обновленного графена с эфпеесом. Впрочем как и подавляющее большинство игроков. Как ты теперь будешь с этим жить?:D

Now that the update is out, has anyone checked if radar assisted gun aiming at airborne target works as it's supposed to? I'm sure gonna see for myself tonight. Just wondering if anyone tested it yet. P.S. Do I need to lock the target on radar in order to get the firing solution?

DCS: L-39's heat seeker interacts with the sun just fine.

With the realistic pipper behavior setting, the heat seeker tone keeps wailing without the actual lock.
