not yet in my opinion. 55 M2000D will receive upgrades, first upgraded to be delivered in 2019. French Air Force has around 70 M2000D (don't know exactly how many are operationnal at the moment). Among these only 15 are "full options" (L16, Rover, GBU49 capability etc...), so they can be engaged in complex theatre. For now, the others are quite differents from each other. The upgrade will : 1/ Add Mica IR, canon pod and and some others stuffs 2/ upgrade avionics 3/ Homogenize most of the fleet to the same standard

I personnaly don't understand why this is not already done. KC135 exists in DCS as US tanker, and probe and drogue system also on IL78, simply mix them ! add 2 pods with basket on each wing and you have a C135FR, able to refuel all kind of aircrafts (basket or boom)... When the boom is not required by the mission participants, a third basket can be installed on the boom too but we can easily skip over this feature for now

You, guys are fabulous (could have said ridiculous) ! Pretending that Gaz FM is not accurate, based on an other DCS FM modelisation of an other chopper doesn't make any sense. Whatever FM modelisation is based on EFM, AFM, PFM, SFM, too stable, not enough stable, rotor inertia taken into account, it breaks my habits i'm lost, blablabla...... the only good question is : Does DCS SA342 react as the real SA342 ? Answer from a former real SA342 instructor (not me!) flying with me in our DCS virtual squadron (5600 flight hours on helo with 3000 on SA342!) : Yes ! except one thing, a too pronounced tendency of the nose to go down on high bank angles turns, but more than 80% of flight domain is correct.. I personaly trust him, judging myself not enough qualified to know better than him. So please stop to speculate and if you think that SA342 flies too well, i suggest you not blaming Polychop developers but Sud Aviation engineers instead ! Ps : the others % is the difference between DCS and a professional simulator and the very very last % between a pro sim and real life ! as previously mentionned
