    DCS Tucano

Guys, there is a very clear and determined road map here, we know what we are doing and where exactly we want to get. Egar is fairly new into DCS development, and he will have a "production line" of his own in our DCS involvement. As for the Tucano, for some is "just a trainer" but for others it has been the main COIN/Attack aircraft at hand and many Tucanos have seen combat and even today, some are used against Al-Qaeda related groups by Mauritania. In 1995 they were used for night attacks by the Peruvian Airforce using NVG´s and Brazilian have used it against FARC guerrillas. In Colombia they were very active against FARC guerrillas as well, until that country purchased Super Tucanos, in Venezuela, they were used against FARC as well, and were also used in combat in 1992´s coup d´état(one being shot down by a F-16), while in Honduras they have their fair share of action shooting down drug carrying aircraft. In Angola, they were extremely active performing air strikes during that nation´s civil war. The plane is a combat plane, while it was born as a high performance trainer, the very same capacity made it possible to evolve into a capable combat aircraft. 3 out of 13 operators have never used them in combat, that gives you an idea of the kind of multirole aircraft it is. Sure, it definitely is NOT an A-10 or a Su-25, but it´s a capable aircraft and you need to apply some tactics to use it in combat. As for the Super Tucano, you can expect one after this one is released Best regards Prowler
  4. Gents Our newest member, Baltic_Dragon will start a series of missions and campaigns for the M2000C please welcome him aboard and also take attention of what he needs to make them outstanding. Prowler
  5. Well to be honest..once we master the VTOL "tech" into DCS, I don´t see why not..it wont happen immediately, that´s for sure, but eventually will.. Best regards Prowler
  6. Either way (GR´s or AV8BNA) basic work has started, it´s a completely new exterior mesh, DCS intended Best regards Prowler

  15. Well, as many of you know, we got some stuff under development, we have even post pics in these forums, but right now the whole team is focused in this particular bird, who knows, maybe ED will add some needed features in the sim that will allow us to move one project ahead of the other.. BTW, unless stated by us (or in this case by ME) absolutely no project has been canceled, but changed in priority under which ever particular circumstance.. Best regards Prowler

  18. LMAO..please don´t take me wrong, is just that i was surprised by the "half baked" remark..that´s all.. In my personal opinion, each of current available 3rd party mod is a gem on itself..kudos to those that did it before us. Best regards Prowler
  19. "Half Baked"??? Please elaborate.. It´s a M2000C, not a F-35 or a F-22, we are currently devoted to the flight model, as regarding systems, they are pretty much done on our part of the game.. Best regards Prowler RAZBAM
  20. We have the Harrier in DCSW for quite some time now,but i was not satisfied with the exterior mesh, which meant a complete rework, hence the M2000C going forward, same goes for the A-7, we had an exterior model but a marginal cockpit, now the A-7 is moving ahead as we are about to finish a complete rework. Regarding the T-2, it´s paused, until further notice. Keep in mind that we produce for 3 different platforms, while 2 of them are extremely similar (fsx/P3d), DCSW is not, and while we do have DSC as a priority, FSX/P3D is what´s oiling the RAZBAM gears, mainly due to the fact we do have 12 yrs developing for the MSFS series, we expect that to change in a near future.. Best regards Prowler
  21. Well, it all depends on how far DCS will go..as it is (even with DCSW2) i don´t see any real functionality of such aircraft in the sim, but hey! i could be wrong! But the straight answer is no, we don´t have such plans in mind (currently) Best regards Prowler
  22. The answer is simple, we´re going to use all the 3d work done for the FSX/P3d Tac Pack version, and convert it into a DCS model. So far, our A-7 plans for DCS would be the D (USAF) version 1st and then get the E version once ED/DCS got proper carrier ops, and of course, A/G radar. Best regards Prowler

So expect in the coming days some more development news and pics Once again, thank you all Best regards Ron C. Zambrano RAZBAM
  24. No Mig-29 from RAZBAM for DCS, you can expect an extremely detailed one for FSX/P3D thou from M2M Prowler
