  1. Some great recon pics camsr! Stand by for tasking.....
  2. Is there any hope of rescuing this script, it lost much of it's functionality after the last couple of updates? Quite frankly the best script for mission builders that I have seen.
  3. Is this still working after the newest 1.2.7 update?
  4. Not really necessary for a briefing, just more info on the missile site will do. My logic tells me there must be control building of sorts to launch the missiles from. I mean it will be suicide to destroy the missile itself, targeting those buildings would make more sense. Thing is, I can not continue to next mission without the correct intelligence. Good luck man and thanks for participating.
  5. Think the links should be working now... Still need some more recon on that missile site before I can continue with next mission. It's a simple mission....fly to TGT...take a screeny...return home. No need to do the chopper flights.
  6. lol...thanks mate...believe me, the recon is the easy part.
  7. Some good pics there Bos Toe, we need a bit more info though. What does the whole area look like? It is also believed that there is a heliport nearby...sry mate, mission half a success. Did you manage to insert the seal team..kinda important that. JARIC TEAM
  8. Ops Eagle Eye is a go...download below. Upload recon photos on this thread or via E-Mail. Eagle Eye 127.zip
  9. Mission and logistics to follow.
  10. Only noticed now that you are referring to 1.2.6, tried it in 1.2.7 and everything works fine. I do however remember that a version of DCS had problems, might be your version. I suggest a upgrade and also make sure you have intercom on before request for repair.
  11. Thanks guys...worked.
  12. I have a bit of a problem with textures, anyone had the same as pic below. Comes out all metal like..almost chrome.
  13. Very nice idea Raf, I like this.
  14. Thank you for sharing this to the community, this will help me and others a great deal.
  15. @ Winfield Gold Now that would just be dishonoring someone maybe in a moment of weakness. What MOD it was or were is irrelevant, you clearly did not get it. Now go look under the tree and spy on your presents....Ranting hey...gmff Have a Merry Christmas.
  16. :music_whistling:That.. John, was hitting the hammer on the nail.
  17. Well put, now where do we put these payware MODs on the Forum? A new thread maybe? Then maybe a thread for "Just for the love of it MODs"
  18. I agree with you totally John, furthermore I'm all but disrespectful to modders...far from it. I guess the question is where you draw the line though, spending hundreds of hours developing a new ad-on (for free in your case) or charging 80$ for a tweak in the script*example only. There are some names you can ad to your list...Grimes, Speed and many others. These guys did some great work and as far as I know did not charge a cent although they deserve $. The question is, did you or any of the others expect financial reward or did you do it to improve your skills at whatever and make the sim more enjoyable for other simmers or because it's your hobby?
  19. LOL @ piXel, any sales yet m8? Back to topic, I strongly agree with you, well said. This is especially true if it is a add-on and not just a tweak.
  20. Almost the only one that read and understood my post. As stated tn the first post: "It came to my attention that some modders are now charging money for their mods which in itself is great, my feeling is just that you should then post your MOD in the "Third Party Developer" section. You are right rjetster1, enough said. This post was by no means an attack on modders. Have a Merry Christmas.
  21. LOl @ piXel496 "Feel misled about what? You don't make a lot of sense right now." See first post, there is no need to complicate what was said there. It is just my opinion. You are welcome to delete this thread if you feel it doesn't make sense. I guess I was just disappointed in some modder's ethics. Just wanted to bring the message to the community that there are some "scaly" dudes out there.
  22. ^^^ Then they can make lots of money and some community members like myself would not feel misled. If you do it for the fun of it...GOOD
  23. I never mentioned that a MOD was posted on this forum that you have to pay for guys, this will normally happen on a PM. With regards to "advertising", some MODs are made and posted here, on further inquiry about the MOD then things take a different turn. My point is simply this, Modders should decide if this is a hobby or else they must go professional.
  24. Let's not go there.....it's the principle I'm on about.
