Not exactly, I have the folder structured correctly as I have done numerous times before so I have concluded that I must not yet understand how to set up the JSGME program. Thanks for your help. I'll have to go back and read the instructions more carefully.

Yes, I did them myself but I really don't want to hear my own voice in a mission. Let 'er rip sir. Here are the lines again and I have added one more. Thanks. Enfield 1, this is special ops tango. We're on our way to the target area and need you to eliminate any enemy resistance at an outpost road block at these coordinates. Tango out. Enfield 1, Thanks for the assist guys. We are proceeding to the target area and have a man setting an explosive charge on an SA-13 SAM unit. Stand by until we detonate and confirm target destroyed. Tango out. Enfield 1, the air defenses have been eliminated. You are cleared hot to the target area. I repeat, you are cleared hot to primary targets as fragged. Tango out. Enfield 1, those ship survivors are survivors no more. Good hits. I hope you can down that helo before he spots us. We are bugging out and heading to the nearest pub for a cold one. Tango out.

Greetings, I have created a mod that IMO makes the city lights look more realistic and I would like some opinions. Is it just me that thinks the default settings are too bright and too yellow? It has always seemed unrealistic to see bright city lights at dusk and dawn as well. Before and after screens attached. Click HERE for JSGME folder. It is necessary to see this in flight to see the full effect.

Are you saying the files go into the Buildings_textures folder?

Hello, I need help. I have created a mod that tweaks the city lights files and I can't seem to get them in a JSGME Folder that works. The files will replace files in the Bazar/Terrain/vfstextures/Buildings_textures.zip folder. Can someone instruct me as to how to set up the JSGME folder so that these files get placed in their proper location? I'm not too bright so please be very specific.

Hello folks, I need a little help with voice-overs for a mission and I thought, why not just ask here and keep it simple. What's the worst that could happen? Here are three lines of text. Just record the text and save in any format and email to hawghq@gmail.com. I'll post back ASAP when I have enough. Here are the lines of text. Thanks in advance Enfield 1, this is special ops tango. Perfect. Thanks for taking the time to do this. This will be an A-10C mission with 4 slots.

Thanks to Belgeode I already have the first script finished and saved. If there is any further interest I still need another role to be done in another voice. Here are 3 easy lines to read for the second part. Soup Dragon, can you do these? Enfield 1, this is special ops tango. Raw if you please. I can handle the sound effects. Thanks. I actually have 2 parts to fill and when I get the first done I'll add another script for someone else to do. I'll stay on top of this so folks won't waste their time doing it if it's not needed.

I see you are from Wales...that would be excellent. After all, I see this as an international affair.

Here's the sit-rep for today's mission. Insurgents have set up a black market oil operation in a nearby harbor at the following coordinates. The time has come to put them out of business. A special ops team will be dispatched to eliminate air defenses. Provide close air support for the special ops vehicle and then destroy the primary targets at the AO. Satellite images show two cargo ships and fuel storage tanks in the target area. Eliminate any fuel trucks that may arrive as well. Stay alert for any unexpected surprises. Command out. Enfield flight, this is command. Intel has reported that an enemy helo has been sent to rescue a group of survivors from the cargo ships. They are waiting near a TV tower located northwest of the target area. Eliminate them before they get picked up and then bring down that helo. Command out. Enfield flight, good job today guys. You are cleared to RTB. There’s plenty of beer on ice when you get there. Command out. Thanks in advance, Your pal, Blooze Thanks to Belgeode and DarkFire I have the voice-overs I needed to complete the missions.

Yes, a human A-10C pilot can lase a target for other pilots and a human can lase a target for an A-10C using a Command Arms vehicle but it will not work when trying to get an AI JTAC to do it. Maybe I misunderstood the OP question.

Scanning an area with the TGP can be futile. I finally had to learn how to use the A-10s systems. Open the F10 map and select a target. The coodinates can be seen in the lower left window. Write them down and learn how to load those coordinates in your CDU to create a waypoint. After the waypoint has been created use the steerpoint selector switch to bring it up on the HUD. Using your TAD, hook that waypoint with TMS up short then open your TGP and slave it to the hooked waypont using China Hat Forward. Your TGP should now be looking at the target you selected on the map. It takes time to learn these steps but until you do you will never progress to become efficient in combat. Try to find a multiplayer group to fly with that has experience and can walk you through this stuff while talking on Teamspeak. That's the best way to get up to speed in a hurry and although it doesn't replace learning from the manual it will make learning a lot more fun. Cheers

A 2 PM mission (GMT-6) can be added if there is enough interest.

The next thing I would do is rename the saved games DCS folder to DCS1 and fly a SP mission to create an entirely new DCS folder. It can't hurt to try.
-
Experience tells me that one of the first things to try is a DCS repair. The next thing I would try is to delete the network.cfg file in the saved games config folder.
-
Rex my friend, you are welcome to join a mission any time you can. Cheers

My Hotus and throttle setups are screwed

Try using the drop down menu to select axis commands. That may be what you are looking for. (image attached) -
check THIS out.

Try going to your Saved games/DCS/Config folder and deleting the network.cfg file and see if that solves it.
