  1. Will give it a try. Any idea why the Altitude is off?
  2. The problem is in order to display the radar view port from the game itself you have to run extended monitor in DCS. When you do the LEAVU MFD's will not be on top of that screen when DCS is running. At least I could not get it to work without setting DCS back to one monitor.
  3. Well I have reworked my F15C profile again this time with LEAVU. Thanks to all that helped with getting that to work. I now have a working RWR I also added a tactile transducer to my chair and have to say it adds a lot of immersion to the sim
  4. Thanks but it is done already. I am quite familiar with Helios. I was only making a point when I mentioned about the size limit and default settings. Not having a touchscreen I just bound it to a button on my Warthog Throttle to send out the macro to setup all the configuration including the last one that turns the RWR bare as I use the Helios RWR overlay for it I was not aware that he could not get LEAVU running at all. I thought it was mentioned that it was not connecting to DCS.
  5. Well I have been working on creating a new profile for my setup. It is almost done just a few more tweaks.
  6. No you need to copy all the 13 files from the export.zip file into YOUR script folder
  7. Be sure that port 8079 is open in your firewall I presume you are running DCSOpenbeta 1.5 Also make you you placed all those files in the zip into you C:\User\Name\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Scripts folder Also I read somewhere to drop all the DLL's into the x:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin folder Here is my LEAVU folder... run the LEAVU\Leavu\LEAVU2_F15.jar file Use whatever preset fits your display setup LEAVU.zip
  8. sobe are you using LEAVU on the same PC as DCS? If so try these files as it works on my system Export.zip
  9. Yep that was it. I run a dual monitor setup for A-10 and once I switched back the MFD's are visible when DCS is running. A couple notes. There seems to be a minimum size when using the No Frame option. Also I have not seen any way to have the MFD's default to a certain configuration which would be nice (the RWR HUD coming up in RWR when first loaded). To set the size and location it is easy to just edit the preset file and save it then reload it to see the changes as the No Frame option will not let you move or resize once Added. MFC_FC3 seems to have 'Always On Top' set as it worked with dual monitor setup but it does not have RWR. So I will have to work at redoing my Helios profile using these new minimum size HUD's.
  10. I can get the Leavu frames to work only when I not in focus with DCS. They all display fine on the second monitor but the minute I go back in DCS all the Leavu frames disappear and all I get is a black screen on the second monitor
  11. Ebay a lot of toggle switches with guards. Check em out
  12. Are you using Leavu to display the RWR?
  13. I am looking for a way to display the current value of an axis in Helios. I added the device as an interface and it has "Current Value for Z Axis" but I can't seem to get it to display. Any ideas?
  14. Just curious..... does the export script work in DCS 2.0?
  15. [ame] [/ame]
  16. Has anyone used a Buttkicker (or other tactile transducer) with DCS? How well did it work?
  17. I seriously doubt it.... Captain Zeen has done wonders getting some of the newer planes to work with Helios but that one is not listed. Isn't that a brand new plane?
  18. Well the ADI is working in Helios for FC3 F15C using the Capt Zeen profile http://www.captzeen.com/helios/downloads.asp It is the RWR that is currently not available for the F15C
  19. Would it be so hard for DCS to export the RWR? Please consider it
  20. Thanks but it is not a Pro Throttle
  21. I am looking for a cheap CH Products PRO THROTTLE. It does not have to work but it would be nice if all the buttons did (the throttle slider itself does not have to work). It can be a serial port one or even one for a MAC as I am using it for parts. PM me
  22. Finally found some time to test this on my setup. The 4:3 version works great on my second monitor. Have you considered doing the 190 and 109 someday?
  23. Well first you need to drop the MFCD_FC3.lua file into the script folder and then add this line to the end of the Export script dofile(require('lfs').writedir()..'Scripts/MFCD_FC3.lua') Then edit the bat file to launch LEAVU. I use this one (adjust the x and y position for your monitor setup. start javaw -Djava.library.path=lib -jar lib/MFC_FC3_v1.1.jar -noborders -useMFD1 -xy1935,502 -s265 -green -pagesADI,NAV,ENG Thats all I did and it works fine. Of coarse I use the Thrustmaster MFD for the buttons.
  24. Capt Z's Export file and Helios gauges work. I used them and LEAVU to create the screen used in my pit (RWR is not working yet)
  25. More than likely it is their Export script that does not work. Maybe post that and one of these guys might have some ideas
