Like the title says years of no problem until the recent "free for all" download. Now I have all the modules and terrains for DCS paid for and I can't get past the glitches caused by the new patch or whatever you call the freebe patch. Not cool.

After reinstalling all of DCS still have the exact same message that I mentioned in my original post ( I do not have the Steam Version)

Antivirus was not the problem. Reinstalling today will post results.

I have not had any problems with DCS until this free offer patch or whatever it is. Now I am missing most of my aircraft and 2 of my 3 Terrain modules. Tried fixing with DCS Clean/Repair tool it did not work. I also get this message

Same here I own most of the modules and all the maps and I didn'r download anything free but most of my modules and 2 of my maps are gone. Funny the beta version has the correct number in lower rght corner of page. Tried repair function resulted in same issue.

I know this has probably been mentioned somewhere but are all the features coming in Supercarrier available in the singleplayer version?

Something was wrong with the way the cockpit textures looked when I first saw it then I read another a post where others also mentioned what I was thinking. It was said that they will be improving the cockpit textures in a future patch. I'll wait.

Why isn't this campaign available for me to purchase (says additional purchases required) when I own all the maps and the two aircraft required (DCS: Black Shark 2 was upgraded and purchased from Steam I believe a long time ago). Sorry for the double post but I am not getting any resolution to this issue and I'd like to purchase during sale.

Best bet would be the RiftS.

I set up my X-Plane 11 and Prepare 3d v4 onto SSDs to eliminate micro stutters and guess what there is still some micro stuttering maybe not as much as a mechanical HD but still present. Obviously the only way to try is to put it on a SSD. The best way is simply copy and paste and set desktop icon to the SSD version is that all? I gotta say though it's funny that so many Youtubers showing this or that about Flight Sims have absolutely horrible stuttering during their videos and they carry on as if all is well. Really?

I have other drives that are SSDs. It's just that DCS is not on one of those(those SSDs contain other flight sims that benifit more from being on solid state drives) I just don't want to re-install DCS onto a SSD (my DCS is about 180 gb) and see no difference or very little difference in micro stuttering being fixed.

I have a decent computer set up i7,1080Ti, 32 gb mem I am getting no less than 60 fps (monitor limits) whenever I play single player. Issue is the slight sometimes never other times more occasional stutter spike jumps (don't know if it's the particular aircraft or not) My question is will DCS installed on a Solid State Drive make the slight stutter spikes go away or is it DCS itslelf and solid state drives will really not change anything that is noticeable and the slight stuttering will remain.

NOiD's Target Profile A-10C suddenly stopped working correctly in Beta since last time played (about 5 days ago). Before that no problems worked like a charm. Target is updated and working fine. Was there an update that couldhave changed something for example the "A" keyboard key now is autopilot not before.

Sorry if previously mentioned but will the Advanced version of Tacview purchased on Steam work the same with the non Steam version of DCS?

Is working now I have not done anything different than before.

Can anyone reproduce same results in the "Instant Missions" mentioned?

I have both a RiftS and TrackIR I use the VR for intense sessions and the TrackIR for when I just want to kick back and not put the VR gear on and fly a mission. If you want to know which is more "immersive" there is no question the answer is VR. It can not be truly experienced until you try it.

To begin with I doubt it makes a difference but I am in Beta The "autostart" attemtps that were unsuccessful for me were in "Instant Missions" "Cold and Dark" in the Caucasus, Nevada, and Persian Gulf maps. I tried the "autostart" feature in "Piercing Fury" and autostart was successful. Will test more missions tomorrow.

Autostart for the A-10C completes it's startup cycle but the aircraft remains not started up at the end of the completed cycle. The Autostart feature appears broken.

What is up with the autostart option? I am learning the A-10C and sometimes I want to autostart a mission. I've read about the autostart issue that has been around for a long time. Is it fixed did I miss something or is it still broken? I will eventually learn the manual start up but for now want the autostart until I get more experience.
